Despite suffering from a devastating fire in 2019, reconstruction efforts are underway to restore its majesty, demonstrating the resilience and craftsmanship of the Okinawan people.

The towns look a bit 'meh' but the images of the coastline and beaches (in season) look fab - they are going to have to go some to compete with Hawaii tho! Another fascinating glimpse into lives we'd never see - thank you!
