Cool, Samson is a monster! Different training (all in superset) than usual, focused on the latissimus dorsi. From my analysis, an extremely voluminous workout (according to his needs) in which he sought to stretch at all times. Training based on studies being applied in practice to professional individuals. Let's see if this approach will bring him greater width at Olympia. Come on, Samson! Fan of Brazil! 👊🏼

where is the refusal work, where are the heavy weights, where is the protection from injury (sufficient rest and the absence of unnecessary muscle overextension)? Until Samson learns to train, he will not see MO. Although it's too late to study. Watch how he trains and do the opposite - then you can grow

Fancy gym gear on, jail pumping with cables and machines. In there just listening to tunes and hanging out, must be just for the video or at least I hope. This can’t be a real precontest back workout, grab the barbell and plates and start rowing some weight. You need some lats you’re all arms.
