As an offline mainly player (I'm not good at the game but enjoy playing) I hope they include more offline content to get cards. Online has BR, events, ranked, etc and it cycles. Offline...Conquest & mini seasons (which after you've completed them, you're done getting cards & season experience.

They are 95s. They posted all of the content earlier today in a blog post. There is a collection that has a 99 or two at the end. But the TA ASG content are 95s confirmed.

@@krisegg33 yeah SDS destroyed their entire DD mode in a year. The ASG is usually when the first attainable 99s come out and the game ramps up in fun. Now it's 95s and I'm sure the higher rated cards will be in packs. I'm playing NCAA anyways once it drops but SDS had one last chance to get me to care about their game and blew it
Doubtful. Not enough playing. I haven't played a single game since the season turned and probably won't. Think I'm done. Still keep an eye on it just in case but SDS has ruined their own game.
I basically play Mondays for 4 hrs or so and then sprinkle some into the rest of the week, did play 1st double xp weekend but essentially gave up on the grind after that one and just feeling like it I push real hard ill maybe get Jeter and chipper for a week. Haven't been doing any of these weekly things. I'm still at about 500xp or about 80-100k xp away from the 2nd wild card.
From the info SDS put out this morning TA will be 95's with 99's as a collection reward. The big news was 99 HOF inductees of Mauer Beltre & Helton in a program.
It’s been confirmed that Team Affinity Season 2 Chapter 2 will be 95s, they hinted at it in the new blog on the companion app with all-star Juan Soto, Crochet, and Marcus Semien. I’m assuming that the pack cards will be 95s in the base, 97 in any mid-tiers, and a 98-99 in the rare round.
In my own personal opinion, whether chapter 2 is a banger or not, I'm done with this game. I'll still keep watching the vids since you do well with them but I'm burnt out from the grind.
I definitely think they silent nerfed Chase Packs; in 22/23 the odds of pulling one in a pack felt like you could actually do it. This year, i feel like they made it like a millionaire drop rate with the only surefire way to get one is a 50 bumdle.
1) The one bad thing about 95+'s is that the game so heavily favors hitters that it'll make pitching even more difficult. 2) You said you have three wildcards. You ever think about using them on SPs? I know they only play once per five days but you can find great hitters alot easier than great pitchers early in the season. Maybe use a WC on 99CCSabathia, 93RJohnson or a lefty you really like? 3) I'm playing events and I feel so bad for these "Fish" having to try to win however many games for cards (or, in my case, some extra XP since there's nothing offline grinding that interests me). Also, Babe Ruth keeps hitting dead-on contact to the outfielders but supercharged Ben Rice keeps hitting moonshots with the PCI barely touching the ball. It's so random how this game works lol.
I tried linking my switch and it messed everything up. Lost all my progress on ps5. Tried all the linking and unlinking stuff that should fix it with no results. Their tech support is non existent. With all the other issues with this game, I’m done with this franchise forever. I love this game, but I can’t continue to support these people that do not care about their community. For TA 2, 95 has to be the floor and i think they need to do 97s but if they don’t do all 97s then they need to do something similar to 23 with a TA collection where all the teams have a 95 card and then we can lock them in for 2 or 3 97 rated cards or even a team affinity boss pitching and hitting Captains
From the blog post content actually looks good for once but I haven’t played this game in almost 2 months with how terrible it’s been. Unfortunately this is too late to change my mind, especially with college football coming out next week. Only thing we can hope for is they keep improving content and make big changes for next year’s game to bring the player base back.

I have all 3.started with the 60k head start. I don't play every day but I do complete everything that comes out, br, events, mini season quests and ranked. But you are correct that alone isn't enough for all 3 you have to hit the double xp weekends harder
Ive felt no compulsion to play the game in season 2 and im praying that the All Star content actually makes me feel something. Its been my favorite content in the past years and i hope they dont mess it up. But this year it feels like they will screw it up again. I havent even earned the first level of the season xp reward bosses, let alone the 95s or 99s of those cards because i have no fun with the season so far.
Even without College Football, SDS has driven away a MASSIVE amount of people (me included). I haven’t touched the game since season 2 dropped. I quit last year in August. Prior to that I played well into Nov and Dec since ‘17. I hope SDS doesn’t use College Football as the excuse for why people gave up on this game. It’s a steaming pile of dog shit all on its own.
I really wish TA just two chapters or halfs and they were built like programs that took maybe 4-5 hours to finish max. give us more time to enjoy the cards and ease the pain of "losing" them. because season 3 is a wash in this seasons model.

If you go to the leaderboards on DD and look at all the ERA’s in each division the numbers are stupid high lol even guys in WS have 8-10 era’s thats how bad the pitching has been

SDS has got to understand that their content cadence just simply isn't working. There is simply nothing to grind for right now. They put out maybe one program every two or three weeks? That's simply not good enough. If you want that live service money you have to put in the live service effort.
The XP is way toooo slow SDS does not care they still have people that play. People need to stop playing the game, they will change. Otherwise it is diarrhea
1000000% Team Affinity is going to be 93s. I just can't see them deviating from the pattern they created with S1 - 89, 93, 99. They just don't have any feel for what people want. I'm a little ahead of you and 93s won't even be on my bench at this point. Maybe a reliever, but that would be it.

I think they are going to fumble the bag again with this content drop but hopefully not. Regardless I will be playing NCAA for the forseable future maybe opening up MLB here and there.

I've play a lot of POE and Diablo so season resets are not a new concept to me and are fun. They need to make the seasons more themed like they do in Diablo or POE would be my one big suggestion.

It won't be. It will be 96 max, probable 95s. Collections, rewards, and packs around them will be 1 overall higher than them, too

Ballin, headliners and vault are just as trash as the reg packs, i still haven't pulls a high diamond core card, never had a chase pack

Man, the ONLY WAY to have a TOP TIER bullpen is to wildcard Hoffman. Get all the 45 saves guys together and BANG!!! The bullpen is fixed.
