In This episode we will be doing a quite overview of terminal 15 and then diving into how the headlight circuit works. Including what controls the headlights going up and down.
Would you be interested in us doing a live Q&A on these diagrams?

How does a OPRV on a 89 2.7 fail??? Did water pump, belts, seals, balance shaft bearings, oil cooler seals (with alignment tool) and head gasket. Drove it for 20 miles for leak checks, everything fine and running strong. Oil filter oring failed on a cold start and oil leaked everywhere. Currently no oil pressure with oil refilled and new OEM oil filter. Car starts and idles fine. Ordered an OPRV, if that does not fix it. Then the oil pump crapped out. Oil pressure sender is OEM less than a year old.

Sounds like the alignment of the oil cooler housing is not correct. There is a tool that goes in the bore while tightening the housing bolts. You can remove the oprv, loosen the 4 bolts on on the housing enough so the housing can be jostled around a bit. Then screw in the oprv carefully and slowly while gently moving the housing to accommodate the oprv.

One other thing, I just re read your comment, you did use the tool. I also used the tool and had the OPRV bind on me. It is best to loosen the housing and gently turn in the oprv while tightening the oil cooler housing. I don't use the tool any more.

    Hello Master
When I watch my 944 86 'before buying, the fan was running smoothly on all gears. After returning home on the trailer and reconnecting the battery, the air supply died ... What to check?

OK, 2 things to check k for me. First, see if fuse #14 is OK. Sometimes the plastic part of the fues melts from the fuse carrying a lot of current. The terminals inside the fuse box can expand from the excessive heat. Second, Relay G1 is the blower relay, you can remove that and swap it for one of the same type, the horn relay will for a test. If nothing works, you will need a test light, ind I'll walk you through it.
