I've gone back to listen to the Memory OCReMix for years and years now. My spirit feels a bit of charming but chilling stoicism in reflecting on my favorite X-series song from my all-time favorite franchise. I go back and listen to it every so often, sort of like a gaming Mecca. But my music tastes have changed a bit over that time... You, sir, have brought my memory of the franchise to the current day. I think the main synth which comes in at 0:58 has a bit too much reverb (?) for my liking. For some reason it bothers me. Regardless it's a very enjoyable remix.
