This is a game-breaking combination if you can afford the jet plugin and elementor. If you have worked in the IT industry especially the Website Field you will know how much design process and development process it takes to put things together. In love with this combo
When you’re creating the listing template, you can simply use the “ display width” option under the preview button instead if using 3 columns then deleting 2. The preview display width can be set at 400 or so that it is more visually accurate to what the end result will be.
Rino - You are an absolute lifesaver! I have managed to build a website with 2 blog types using Jet Engine and I couldn't have done it without your videos! I have tried to watch Crockoblock videos and for the life of me, I couldn't understand anything. You're explaining so well and now I actually understand what I'm doing! Keep those videos coming! 🙏💕 P.s - since you uploaded the video they added a function of Preview Width under Listing Settings, so now it's much easier to see what you're designing and you don't need the 3 columns method 😊
Hi Rino, thanks so much for this tutorial. I’ve worked in marketing within the Real Estate industry for almost 5 years, and something that all of my clients need more than any other single thing is a way to capture leads. This often involves a forced sign up popup after looking at 2-3 pictures or requiring sign in to reveal certain details. I would say this is a necessity for any real estate website, and I think a lot of people (myself included) would really benefit from seeing the Elementor implementation. Keep up the incredible content.
This tutorial is so great, very clear! Funny how I've owned Crocoblock for a while, but was always intimidated by Jet Engine, so never used it. But now having seen the whole process start to finish, I'm realizing it's not super complicated after all. Thanks!
you are the best teacher on youtube i found! clear and in the right pace. all questions are answered with a smile. please make more videos on crocoblock and designing also
Congratulations on dynamic content video! they are very clear and simple with Crocoblock. Please make more dynamic video in this regard in the future! You explain very well compared to other people in you tube. I like it, Thanks !!!
@@rinodeboer I found it to be a very instructive tutorial, very well explained and assembled on video. I also look forward to the WooCommerce and Crocoblock tutorial :)
To put "something" inside a column to adjust the hight, it would be a better idea, to use Elementors spacer element. Not only is it invisible by default, but much better is the fact, that one doesn't need to set the vertical padding or margin. Because, one can set the height on the spacer itself. If you want to adjust it a couple of month later, you don't need to search for the values to change, but just klick on the spacer and adjust the height. I rarely use vertical paddings and margins in any project. Because, later on, it can cause problems with the responsiveness. I only use the spacer element when it comes to vertically distancing elements. Never padding- or margin top/bottom. Would be nice if there were a spacer for horizontal spacing, but there may be one some time.
Elementor spacer add bloat to any site that result in a slower site, is better to use Margin and Padding. You can learn more searching for ''Elementor Best Practices'' and ''Elementor common mistakes''
Hi rino, thanks again for the beautiful tutorial. Im thinking that maybe you can post a video on how to search property on real site by using elementor or maybe jetsearch. I dont know. That is very helpful.
Hi, Rino! Great video as always. To display the background image in an empty column, you can add the spacer widget (integrated on Elementor) instead of a divider. I think it is a better solution. Although they both work. 🤗
Hey! I will love you take this subject again. I will like to learn more, principal how to made a map with a column of the listing, and more... Property manager are on fire 🔥
Tip: Most of the time I only have to check some little parts of the whole video. Can you use subjects in your timeline so we dont have to look for those parts of interest. I think I speak for a lot of developers....who just want a quick fresh-up on how things works. But thanks for your time and effort. Great tuts! Keep on the good work! Groeten... RP
On the listing chapter, instead of using H1-H6 options, its prefer to use font size, because the H's structure is used for SEO (search engine optimization). great video anyways!! help me a lot
When creating the Listing using JetEngine if you click on the Settings cog you can set the width of the single listing in Listing Settings > Preview Width. So you don't have to do the work around of creating 3 columns.
About the advanced options in 25:16 I noticed you added "Bathrooms" as the After text. What about a situation where there is only one bathroom? It should appear as "Bathroom". Any way to fix that?
In the Listing Grid you used the Masonry settings to overcome the different heights of the Listings. There is an option just below the Masonry setting that forces all the Listings to be the same height.
Regarding the Loop build at 31:43, what if I create a loop for items where the amount of items per row will often change? like I won't always have 3 columns sometimes only 2 or 1 sometimes 5. the post widget will stretch the loop to the section width. of course I could always tell the post widget to display 3 columns but then the items won't be centered. For now I solved this by giving the post widget padding left and right to roughly make it look right, by that seems very fragile. any tips on that?
Hello Rino, thanks for the video. It has been very helpful to me. To insert videos, virtual tour or a 3D plan, I need to do it by embedding an HTML code, when in the Post Type list I put HMTL in the field type, the post type disappears when you go to edit the property. I have tried it with WYSIWYG by inserting a text editor into the property template, selecting the html part and linking it to the dynamic data, but it doesn't work either. How would you do it? Thank you.
Thanks for your thorough tutorial. I had a question. I want to use the selection tool twice. So that when I choose the brand of a car company, the models of the same brand will be displayed and not the models of other brands. How can I do this?
apart from showing individual property page, if possible to also build a property overview page as the property directory page - all property basic information will show at that page, followed with click for details button, to be redirected to each individual property page
Minor correction for the listings: instead of 3 columns where you have to drop 2, why not go to settings > listing settings > set preview width. Thanks for this great tutorial!
Hello Rino, wow awesome tutorial, that's exactly what I was looking for. Thank you ! I watched almost all of your tutorials last weekend. I think your explanations are really perfect. Would be great if you could do a tutorial about websites for photographers with info about full screen sliders and galleries (dynamic). Maybe a few ideas about good plugins (gallery, slider, portfolio) or whether Elementor Pro can cover all of that ;-) About Portfolio You already reported in detail in one of your tutorials :-D
Thanks for the tutorial, this really gives an idea to understand dynamic content. Just a question: If you want a default member page and let members insert hotels for a small fee NOT in the wordpress backend but instead on a created field. How could i do this?
Absolutely well explained ! Congrats. Lets say I have a website with Creditcards and separate them in "Visa" and "Mastercard". Maybe later with smth else. May you explain when you are going to use "Jetengine Taxonomies with visa, mastercard" vs just using "select field type with manually added visa, mastercard" ?
Hi Rino! Thank you for this tutorial! But one question please: how to set the PROPERTIES page as the archive page, and not the PROPERTY of the CPT. In order to have a slug like /PROPERTIES/luxury-villa-with-pool/ and not PROPERTY/luxury-villa-with-pool/ ?? Thank you very much and have a nice day :)
Hey Rino. Love this tutorial. Is there a followup tutorial this? At the end of this video you said you were coming up with more tips on how to make this better.

In the Listing Grid you used the Masonry settings to overcome the different heights of the Listings. There is an option just below the Masonry setting that forces all the Listings to be the same height.
Yea I know! But that's not always beautiful with the design. Because that feature creates huge whitespaces in some places.
