- In 1975 the band recorded a 45 rpm E.P. disc on the BOX label which sold out in weeks. Although it only had 4 tracks the band had recorded 7 or 8 tracks on the session. 'Down the line' is one of the unused tracks from that session. Recorded at the Submarine pub in Cleethorpes, now sadly demolished.

Hi Mr. Fox. Wish this message finds you well.
I would appreciate a bit help from you. Please right me if I am wrong.
First, in 1998 there was a LP release of "Riot Rockers - The 45's Collection". There is 2 versions (fast and slow) of Tennessee Saturday Night. By my knowledge there is a single release in 1978 from Raw Records (RAW 11) which I would believe is the slow version. If that is correct I wonder if the fast version is an unreleased version.
Second, Cast Iron Arm was released in 1976 on an EP from Box Records (BOX 11) which (again) I would believe is the slow version, and the fast version of Cast Iron Arm was released in 1977 on LP from Rockhouse Records. Correct ?
Thanks in advance
Regards, Peter (Swedish)
De los archivos desconocidos de bandas sin mucha repercusión...pero con calidad, sin duda!!
GRAND 🎶✨!
Hi Johnny. First, thanks for fantastic years with Riot Rockers and your blowing saxophone. And thanks for uploading this early track, awesome. Understand it is a hard-to-get EP, but would appreciate much to know the titles of the other tracks of that EP, or (if possible) even upload them as well.
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Peter (Swedish).
It came out on BOX records around Christmas 1974. I have the original master. I will see if I can digitise the tape and get it put on.
