I absolutely love the ending to these battles in P3 and P4. You actually feel like you're just there fighting on pure willpower.
I love More P3 battle than the P4 one.
The atmosphere, Soundtrack and conclussion of P3 surpass a lot the P4 one.

Oh my God...that part where everyone was coming to Yu and telling him not to give up...I'm not going to lie, I actually cried. By the time Nanako showed up, I was bawling my eyes out. I love this game so much. I need to get a Vita so I can play this version, for sure.
buying a vita full price is totally worth it even if you are just wanting to play this one game.

If anyone knows Japanese Mythology, they would know that Izanami-no-Okami and Izanagi-no-Okami were the two beginning Gods of the universe-- And were married, that is until Izanami 'died' giving birth to the God of Fire, due to terrible burns. I won't go into full detail about the myth here but essentially Izanagi went down into Yomi (the Underworld) to get her back, disobeyed her when she said not to look at her corpsified form while she tried to sort things with the Gods of Yomi, and then broke off their marriage once Izanagi split and blocked off the entrance to Yomi to get away from the demons Izanami sent after him in her anger.
So uh... Heh. The ending of this game essentially Izanagi pwning his ex-wife to make her stop messing with humans. I find that kinda hilarious.

The game is about domestic abuse
They kind of explain this in game during the visit to Tatsumi Port Island.
This is why she's covered in bandages at first and shows her corpsified body to all. Pretty clever.
Also in the Myth, she threatened to send every day a demon to destroy Izanagi's creations (In this case, Kunino-Sagiri, Ameno-Sagiri and Kusumi-no-Okami) which Izanagi responded by creating even more.
This is literally explained in game when you go on the school trip to the island. Pretty good foreshadowing

Holy crap I didn't expect Adachi to show up, I knew that he was a social link in golden, but still feel weird.
Imagine how awkward it'd be if less than halfway thru all the people urging him to get up, Yu was like "Okay, I'm getting up, like you wante-- oh, you're just gonna keep showing me more people telling me to get up, y-yeah, mhm, okay..."

Kinda wish during those final speeches, that instead of switching places, with each link you maxed out, it would instead create this crowd of confidants around you.

The other one being the glow when Yu first summons Izanagi.
It’s kinda cool that he takes off his glasses and just summons his persona. This basically says he doesn’t need those glasses as he can see beyond the lies and disbelief’s with his own eyes.
Kinda like joker at the end of persona 5. Him taking off his glasses basically says that he no longer needs to live a lie

This is what i love about Japanese history its so Interesting to me i knowing the story between Izanagi and Izanami
This the Persona and Shin Megami Tensei got me into more of Japan history more then ever the Person's based on real gods and goddess adds a nice touch to it

glaciemdraco I like the Nyx-Fight more too, I prefer its music, the setting is more fitting for a final boss in my opinion, the only thing that sucks is... yeah... let me say it so: Now we all know, that the Arcana is the means by which all is revealed...
I preferred Nyx as well, though for me it's because of what you were fighting. True, both Nyx and Izanami want to end the world, but Nyx was something that I felt more emotionally powerful for beating. Nyx was death incarnate and fighting that the way you did in the end of P3 was stronger to me
Yeah, the impact of Nyx is the whole world, not just a small town or whatever. Then there is the Answer too, the IT NEVER fought something like that.

Yep. Cause that's Johnny Young Bosch. He was a power ranger, he played Ichigo from Bleach, and he voices both Adachi and the protagonist in Persona 4.

When I first finished this game, I thought there couldn't be a more emotionally fulfilling, impactful, exciting, intense, and epic persona ending....then Persona 5 came along and beat that mislead idea into the dirt.

Great work for your first playthrough ^^ if u intend to play for the second time try to max yoshitsune and other persona too. Give them better skill and use chagal cafe to help u extract skill into cards. Get rare item from reaper for all character. Because u need to prepare before fighting extra boss margaret. Goodluck!
