Get electricity and water from your neighbor😜 talk to him nicely and tell him about good deal he will make. Water for building needs can be kept in "Mauser" big squere 1k liters container which seats on woden palets.

You can still do the plumbing.
The plumbers can still do everything.
You can test your pipe work by doing a pressure test .
Iam sure there are mobile tanker which can supply supply water .
After all the pressure tests are done and signed off .
It's just a matter of waiting to be connected up to the Main water supply.
Hense the floor can be fitted.
I have done it many times , when I have built houses in london and Jamaica.
As a designer , I have to witness pressure testing for some of my contacts for building control. New
Sprinklers systems just last week at canary wharf for JLL new office.
    Good luck 👍👍👍

Interesting! Thank you so much - I'll definitely ask them about that, and see if it's an option! I guess it depends on whether the company feels comfortable doing that haha... but it's great to know it's possible!!

Aww sorry to hear about the delay, fingers crossed it gets sorted sooner rather than later, can def relate going through frustrating house related things, just at the end of a 6-month flat buying process which was supposed to take 2 months, many things went wrong along the way :/

Wow 6 months, that must be very frustrating! I hope it gets finalised soon for you :)

Living in Poland a few years, hire a solicitor to hassle you gmina into getting the water connected

    • @pandabossanna
      @pandabossanna  2 ปีที่แล้ว

Interesting! How can a solicitor help?

@@pandabossanna Your request can be sped up, you just have to annoy them enough, Phonecalls, leters, litigation however this may make you enemies so the ends may not justify the means, regarding your electricty issue have you considered an electricity aggregator?

I can empathize… I’m trying to do renovations in my house I bought and everything is a waiting game. I waited six weeks just to get a land survey done so I can have a fence put up for my dog. I know he’s ready to run off leash, but he has to wait too. 😕🐺

Some things happen for a reason. Most of the times we never learn the reason or at the end we say : "Thanks God, this didn't happen". So in my opinion, maybe there is a reason you are going behind schedule. Have patience, at the end everything will go the right way.

could you not do all the rough-in of the plumbing in the house and hire a truck with a load of water to test everything - to continue the build - then worry about the hook to city water later? - see other comment below .. laff

From what I’ve been told they need pressure etc but it’s definitely something I’m going to ask them next week when I speak to them! It would really solve a lot of my problems Lol

3 bedrooms :) I have a project video somewhere if you want to see it (it's the more recent one as I changed the project after the first video I made about it)

@@pandabossanna I can’t see the newer project video about it. Sorry, would you mind sharing the link? I’m very curious about it as I’ve been looking at Archon to build in Slovakia. Thank you. ☺️
