Appreciated this conversation. The human factor in wildfire danger is the scariest part for those of us living in the mountains. Many folks who come up to the mountains see it as their right to have a campfire in spite of any current restrictions/conditions. After all, it's not their homes and property being put at risk.

How does the solar cycles affect the years that have higher temps? Recent solar flares were record breaking seems to be followed by record temps locally.
