The Bm/Ab and Bm/A are one fret off. Index goes on first fret of G, other fingers on 2nd fret for other strings. Hopefully that answers their questions. Oops. The diagram actually shows Cm/A and Cm/Gb(A#) AKA Eb6, if anyone cares lol
