About to start coaching some youngsters and I must say that your content has been very helpful… I already have a system in mind and I can definitely adopt some of your ideas and philosophies to improve it! Keep it up
The kids are told to sit on the ball. They are doing exactly as they are told and are extremely well behaved. They are 10 and 11 year olds who are trying to get better at football. Sorry if they don’t live up to your standards but we encourage kids of all ages and abilities to play the game they love.
Why is there a need to be strict if they already have the discipline to listen? By being strict will achieve what exactly? They are young lads learning the game they love and it is clear to me that they have a lot of respect for their Coach.

Thank you so much. I am a coach for U14. Your Videos help me a ton. Keep up the good work. Could you please do a video on Xavis 4Ps in the future?
And as a beginner what would you suggest I start off the training with?! Possession or defending training ?! Or recommend a video
@catalan what would you suggest doing first in a training session?! Possession or what else?
In training sessions do you recommend 7v7 or 5v5
Smaller formats encourage more touches and more decisions to make!
R u uploading more videos on some other platform?
Hey Ralph! No but we have been away for the summer so will be back to our regular scheduled videos again soon!
