Ben do you ever use an app called Spond to organise fixtures and training attendance? Great app and actually helps coaches organise and plan for sessions and the number of players. Still might get the odd change last minute but easy to adjust plans for a single last minute absence 👍🏻

Great video.. just so I understand, if I were training defensive shape I'd get the kids to chant "pressure, cover, balance"?

Just watch out about taking advice from other coaches because if you have coached many different sports like I have you know that not all styles can mix and implementing certain techniques while could be mixed with your style could detour the student or player from advanced concepts of your style. Unless your style was just a bag of tricks anyways where there was no higher understanding I’ll admit all the sports I coached was wrestling, karate, and boxing! Where there are points and the changes were always “this is what you do if they do that” but was still with the style in mind! And if you take from another coach who goes another direction? Which may be equal it’s zig vs zag and if your style is zig then they will need to spend more time training zag as well
