They are 6 years into business, a verified and trade assured partner with Alibaba, but I found online that an American ordered a sample from this supplier and said the sample was fine, but the production run was poor quality and that supplier denied all evidences of poor quality products and this American man claimed to suffer a complete loss of purchase value, or ,maybe he got back a little . Isn't Alibaba going to refund this man? because he received inferior products which couldn't pass the inspection. Please advise me as I haven't even started ordering anything yet and I am very hesitant in placing order with this supplier now after hearing this
