This was so helpful with picking a gift for my partner thankyou , your channel has helped us so much over the past year. So glad i subscribed to the best Weber owners channel. thankyou have a great Xmas & New Year.
I highly recommend the Q ware pan i use it way more than the flat plate , amazing for fish recipes, also find Bacon and eggs tastes way better with the flavours combined in such proximity
How do you find the Weber frypan with removable handle compared to the flat plate? Was thinking the frying pan may be good for occasional bacon and eggs.

Hi, I've just discovered your channel which has given me so many ideas. A question for you please. I have a Baby Q and unsure if I should get a large Q ware frying pan or 1/2 hot plate? Would you suggest both or is one better than the other in your opinion? Many thanks
Hi thank you for question, I’d recommend the large qware pan I use it way more than the half flat plate . The last time I used the flat plate was in my French toast Video nearly 2 yrs ago . I find it a pain to clean after , where none stick pan is awesome, Hope this helps , please contemplate subscribing as it’s free and ding 🛎 notification not to miss new upload . Helps me grow and reach more Weber owners 👍👍
@@WeberEnthusiast Hi, Thank you for your reply. I'm thinking the frying pan over the hotplate too but as I haven't used them its awesome to get your opinion. A big thank you again for such a quick reply. Looking forward to many more of your videos! Am subscribed and notifications ON. Thank you very much again
Hi, I have the pizza tray. I already had a stone, so just got the tray. I have a medium sized Weber, I got the small tray as I found the large too big, I don't want a soggy middle in the pizza, quicker the cooking, the better. After a lot of experimentation and advice from the Brighton Mitre 10 Weber specialist, I don't cook mine with a convection tray. I only use the trivet with stone on top. I found using the tray underneath doesn't get a nice crispy crust, it took too long to cook. I put a fair bit of olive oil on the tray to get a crispy, brown crust, and I use a pizza dough recipe that ferments in the fridge for up to a week. It is the best. Stretches out so nice, soft inside, crunchy outside. Sometimes I add a bit of smoke too. Just my experience, as I found getting the set up right a bit frustrating. Kerry
Thanks for watching and awesome comment, I demo at Brighton Mitre 10 occasionally. As my local store . May see you at the caravan and camping show . 👍👍
I just use as i was taught at weber ,i know the stone gets hot but i still wouldn't put food straight on it as not the cleanest surfaces after a while. Where with the trays i know they are clean. Thanks for comment and support really appreciated
@@WeberEnthusiast you should place dough or pizza directly on the stone. Not on the Aluminium sheet. The stone might be cleaned only with some water and a scraper. No hygiene issues. The stone has much more heat in it. And it absorbes moisture from the dough. Good luck and stay healthy.

My Q has one solid grate. Should I get the Weber pan or the flat griddle like in your video?

I love the pizza stone. And probably can be used on the Weber kettle. At least I assume it could
Yes you can use the stone on the kettle, when ever I ask my son if he wants pizza he gets so excited as loves making it with me

I use frying pan way more than the flat plate , as none stick and way easier to clean

@@WeberEnthusiast Excellent, good to know. Never know, might run into you. Adelaide is small!
trivett was a game changer for me
Have all them they are brilliant
You should use the stone as a stone. Not as a aluminum sheet holder.
