What is Royalty Free?
"Royalty Free" is a term that refers to production that has no additional fees to pay once has been bought. It is purchased once and can be used again and again. Since it has no additional license payments it is classed as 'royalty free'.
Traditionally, production music had to be licensed each time it was used as part of a production or broadcast. For instance, TV programmers would have to pay a 'Needle drop fee' each time the music was used as part of a broadcast i.e. every time the needle was dropped on the record! The disadvantage is that it could be expensive and time consuming.
Royalty Free is simply a way to make licensing items easier, cheaper and more convenient.

Hello Spectra. You need to connect with author of this After Effects project where you bought it. You can do this via profile his page (send e-mail) here: videohive.net/user/maxslash
I guess you need "copy \ paste" some blocks inside AE-project , then you get you 2 min lenght. But better if you get correct support from author (via link above). Guess, he can give instructions by After Effects in his project.
