Because her beauty bewitches you, maybe, steals your heart with her beauty
idk if this is what they were talking about in the series but in real life, a lot of women with features different from the people around them (her blonde hair) were declared to be the offspring of the devil or an evil god, aka a witch. ancient greece with blue eyes, salem witch trials with women having red hair, etc etc
i am not current in the anime though so for all i know they could be eluding to a specific event in the show. just wanted to throw that out there just in case.
Her instinct picking the right path in the tunnels, maybe ? Could mean she can predict things.
She has some connections with Jeanne d’Arc. Either she’s her daughter (which is the case apparently?) either she is her resurection. Jeanne d’arc was burnt alive cause they (mostly English) considered her a witch for hearing God’s voice.
But now she is considered a saint by the church

Still not over the fact that they namedropped Dresden in the show in episode 4 and then show a place that looks nowhere close to that. Even Saxon Switzerland close to that doesn't look like it. Why namedrop it if you don't want to at least look at a picture or two?
