Good tutorial! Don't be afraid to use a visual marker though on the floor though (like a piece of colored tape or as a small X) as a compliment to the key frame--it's a tried and true stage and film trick, especially when the legs are out of view. Makes getting into good position even easier on a short timer!
If feet and floor are going to be in view as well, use a piece of scotch tape--unless the light is pointed directly at the floor, no one will see it (especially if it's underfoot)!
