I've noticed that frequently the bolts are NOT tightened properly. Should be inside out to avoid warping. Same with circular tightening. Should be opposite for example 12, 6, 3, 9 referring to a clock face!!

True but this is all steel or iron metal. It matters more when doing soft metal like aluminum or alloys. Still should always torque in a star sequence though.

I have SD300 wheeloader, but I noticed that whenever the gear is been engaged it takes time to pick and when it picks it jerk.. please what could be the problem .

Sounds like it needs the Transmission oil topping up, it's low.
