Due to long distances/high ping, Medoma couldn't meet KaoJi even though he tried a lot to find him in ranked. *But people who have fought both Medoma and KaoJi, mostly rooted for Medoma.* They are: Doctor Hate, Kratos, Somzh, Nemesis Gaming-Akash Verma, Khad etc. From speculation, some experienced players also rooted for Medoma, such as: Frost, Herald gaming etc. Medoma himself said that KaoJi plays worse than him and he has high confidence that he could beat KaoJi. *Despite all these, we still don't certainly know who is better unless we see them in action.* For now, let's just consider them as equals.
