My luggage was total of 27 kgs There is no particular weight limit while going for training you can take as much as you want but u have to inform them that you are going for training and they might ask you to show the mail and u can take as much as you want

You have to wear simple clothes while going for training but don’t wear shorts wear jeans. You get a ticket like other passengers get so as a passenger you will go. And once you get joining date then you get the ticket

The whole process takes 15 days to a month .
They give you the training location u can’t choose
