well you can crack neck lock if you have a grip strength similar to Hanayama Kaoru.. enough to pinch through skin and muscles like pinching a cotton and make them bleed
but if the opponent is similar to Yujirou Hanma with durability and strength all i can say is you stand no chance in short you're dead.

Actually easy trick to get out of this is swing your body (and hips) gaining momentum clockwise or counter clock wise elbowing behind you, allowingbyou to turn around completely facing eye to eye with your oponent allowing you to make your moves if choice. Easy little trick, way better techniques out there though.

My boyfriends' go to move used to be a choke hold when we would be fighting about something. I tried this and every other self defense move I've seen for choke holds, but once they are locked in, especially if they are a lot stronger, nothing works. One time I came to covered head to toe in blood from my nose, after that I was just thankful if my clothes werent ruined in the process smh.

The options in such a case are not many - either you try to loosen the grip if you are strong, but this can waste valuable time if the attacker turns out to be stronger, or you try to cause severe pain to the attacker to let you go - a blow with head back, elbows or direct "grip" on the balls. :D
This technique can only work when used it quickly or secretly like suprised attack
It can be cracked we humans have some accupressure points which let the hands go numb or loss control like paralyzed for a moment,it can help you break this technique
The problem is.. You will be out in may be less than 2 second in a rear naked choke..
