Granulated sugar...10g

[Clear jelly]
Cider...200ml

Lemon juice... 1 tsp
Honey... 1 tbsp

Bamboo charcoal (dissolved in 1 teaspoon of water)…Appropriate amount

[Blue jelly]
Cider...150ml
Honey...1 tbsp
Lemon juice... 1 tsp
Sheet gelatin... 4 g
Blue curacao syrup…appropriate amount
Blueberry syrup ... 1 tsp

・Bring the cider to room temperature.
・*If you remove as much carbonic acid as possible from the first layer of transparent jelly liquid, the surface of the jelly will be smooth.
・If you use a fresh lemon, the pulp will float in the jelly liquid. If you are concerned, please use commercially available lemon juice.

1:01 Heat in a microwave oven at 500W for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.

2:38 Make [transparent jelly]. Soak the gelatin sheets in water. (1 minute)
2:47 Put cider and granulated sugar in a pan and heat. Mix.
3:20 Turn off the stove and add lemon juice and gelatin sheets.
3:31 Mix liquids.
3:36 Pour a small amount of [transparent jelly] into the jelly mold and chill in the refrigerator until it hardens.
3:51 Place [fish jelly] on the bottom and sides of the mold.
4:31 Put the remaining [transparent jelly] in the mold and cool it in the refrigerator.
4:39 Make [light blue jelly]. Soak the gelatin sheets in water. (1 minute)
4:48 Put cider and granulated sugar in a pan and heat. Mix.
5:15 Turn off the stove, add honey, lemon juice and gelatin sheets and mix.
5:48 Color with blue curacao and edible bamboo charcoal powder.
6:00 Take out the mold, put the fish jelly in it, and pour in the [light blue jelly].
6:17 Chill in the refrigerator until solid.
6:22 Make [blue jelly]. Soak the gelatin sheets in water. (1 minute)
6:30 Put all the ingredients except gelatin sheets in a pan and heat.
7:18 Turn off the stove and add the plate gelatin and mix. Take a rough fever.
7:34 Take out the mold and pour in the [blue jelly] liquid.
7:43 Float [Fish Jelly] and cool in the refrigerator until it hardens. (more than 3 hours)
