With the rampant ai promotion on Pinterest, I've been cracking open my inspiration based artbooks way more lately. Thanks for uploading! Hopefully this video will help encourage me to use the educational ones more now too.
Exactly, everything is flooded with AI now, it’s ridiculous. When searching for art books, I was flooded with fake books full of AI images. It’s really sad to see because some people fall for it, even when it’s blatantly obvious. I’m glad you found the video helpful and wish you the best! 🫶✨
OMG!!!! Thanks for leaving such a sweet and kind comment! 🥹🩷 This really made my day because I'm still so insecure about how I sound on camera 😅 I really appreciate it! ✨🤗
5:54 this happened to me so many times 😭 I bought the color and light book and while reading it, everything clicked and I thought “oh it makes sense!” But later I’d forget about the things I learned because I didn’t try to apply it to my own art often
6:52 Welp I feel called out, I'm notorious for looking at multiple artbooks at a time. Yet somehow I'm surprised that I get overwhelmed lol Think that's my cue to pick one and stick to it.
I collect a lot of Japanese art books and I love them even I don’t know what the heck they are saying I know a few kanji and vocabulary but the grammar is hard. Anyway I want to use my Japanese art books so I can draw like my favorite artists I admire and I want to have make my very own art book. I want to practice making an art book in my sketchbook but it’s too hard to even do it if your an perfectionist I think this video is awesome and I love how you explain it clearly to use the art books This video is amazing 🤩
Thank you so much for your kind comment😊 I dont have any Japanese art books in my collection but ive seen a few that I deffinetly wan tto get my hands on one day! I’m so glad you enjoyed the video and found it helpful! Wishing you the best on your art journey 🤗✨
I did that once too, and it ended up being wayyyy too heavy and broke the wheel of my box 😅. So I stuck to sorting them into cardboard boxes-still heavy, but at least I don’t have to worry about damages lol.
Once again this video came at the perfect time!! I finally have time to sit down and actually study the art books I’ve gotten from the library and I’ve been curious where to start!! 🫶🫶

Your voice is lovely! Never apologize for how you sound and there is no need to explain either.

My first art book was: The Art of Posuka Demizu "Pone" and its near and dear to my heart.
I love Posuka’s art!! I’m sure it must be a stunning art book for inspiration!

1:23 I feel you on a spiritual level with my Nigerian accent too😂😭 Some words just don't wanna cooperate
Honestly!! Making sure to properly say “Art books” and not flatten the “R” into “Aht books” was such a struggle lol 😂
When I was moving I put all my books in a suitcase to move them 😅
