I love how Nile is always a great sport with his friends and doesn't mind being the butt of jokes. Makes him so much more fun and relatable, while being a talented olympian. Your videos always put a smile on my face 😊
I was frankly so surprised that the gymnasts didn’t have the much shoulder mobility. Interesting.. Zac is the a great CrossFitter!! And Niles is well an Olympian. Great show to both of you.
In CrossFit we don’t really have just gymnastics. It’s about all round fitness so it always has some form of weightlifting or cardio added in. There was 30 ring muscle ups for time but that was along with 30 clean and jerk and 30 snatches for time either side. I’d love to see it though.
I can’t begin to tell your how interesting and inspirational I find your content . Especially for this 54 y.o. who has used sport and intense training for 18 years to recover from alcoholism. Thank you ☺️!
The lack of their shoulder mobility was caused by not releasing their hands from the bar. Zack was releasing his hand while doing the rotation whereas the guys were still holding the barbell tightly.
Loved watching this! It’s so interesting you expect gymnasts to be super flexible but obviously not in all ranges of motion. I’m an Olympic weightlifter and i consider myself not flexible at all. But I can get into a deep squat, snatch and get my elbows through a clean. It’s clearly just sports specific for all of us. So cool to see. Thank you for making this video! Really interesting.
I'd love to see Zack back on your channel trying gymnastics. He seemed like he's cut from the same cloth as your gang and would probably be just as entertaining!
Nile your awesome. Your fearless. I always lack the confidence to try something outside my comfort level. You continue to inspire and encourage people. Stay well and safe. Much love
OMG! Thank you for putting yourself through this! I am a retired powerlifter, olympic lifter and crossfitter and in all kindness this made me feel so much better about myself in where I am as a retired athlete dealing with injury because I can still move better than a newbie. Much love!! All the best!!
Love watching your guys competitiveness and comradery and crossfit is PERFECT for this!!! Zack is a legend too this could easily become a series and id be hooked
Love the video Nile! Been following you for months now... but... The fittest man on earth is called Justin Medeiros (2021, last 5 years was Mat Fraser aka the GOAT) hehehe Zack is the fittest man in UK and one of the best in the world, max respect 🙌
I would love to see a collab with an entertainment wrestler. I think they are athletes that are under recognized because their sport is "fake" and it's time they were recognized for the athletes they are.
Good job! So excited to see you guys do CrossFit! I feel like you should watch some of the CrossFit documentaries. You’re so right about loving the pain though, CrossFit is a special kind of torture and Zak is awesome!
After I did ballet, dance, gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling and quit all that I genuinely considered joining CrossFit for kids when I was like 12. I never did but still. I also considered doing figure skating or even going back into ballet but the one thing I decided on was self taught contortion. I committed to it for like a year and got really good at it but stopped and I’m only just now starting back up at 15 lol
Awesome ‼️A pleasure to watch …. But whomever is holding the camera, please keep it straight . I was getting dizzy 🥴. Thank you Nile❤️‼️ I love 💕 your signature “SEE YA LATER‼️’ and then smashing the camera 📸
Fun video!! And it shows that weightlifting it's not something that you can just start doing like that, it requires a lot of articulation mobility in your up and low body, which can only be achieved with specific preparation. But still, we see in CrossFit gyms they put beginners to do it, which leads them to injury as they don't have a prepared body for the effort, they're gonna use the wrong muscles and compromise the good and healthy posture just to do the movement. If you want to start in Weightlifting, get a coach that knows what he's doing or starts on your own with caution, because in this sport patience is your best friend... Even if it takes you 3 months to a year to be able to perform a real squat, or hold the bar above your head in the right way, it's worth it. First is the foundation of your house, then you start building it, don't let your anxiety or your ego take you out of play for not respecting your own time. Remember, Olympic Weightlifting athletes start at a young age, preparing their bodies to perform the movement, and breaking down the movement to improve their lifts.
As a fan of your channel and myself being into CrossFit, this was great to watch. People underestimate how tough CrossFit can be, so seeing ex-Olympians do it will help show this. What I would say is if interested find a local CrossFit gym (also known as box) and give it a go, every workout is scalable to strength and level of fitness
Lovely video! Question - why were you (Nile) using the same weights as Luke and Ash? And why no gymnastic-like exercises like a (body weight) pullups and muscle-ups? Loved your analysis that gymnasts develop their body to suit the SKILLS they are learning, bringing a balance of enough muscle to do the skill and no more (legs). Everything that gymnasts do is with their own body weight, without developing the extreme musculature that body builders and, yes, crossfit stars do. Fascinating seeing the difference. Thanks for bringing this insight to us, not just in words but in all its visual splendor. You do this with all the sports you try. Bravo! Now, back to diving?
your back looks like my shins when I do deadlifts lol your energy is unmatched keep trying new stuff do some strong man events log press, keg toss, husafell carry, fingles fingers, Hercules hold you would have a blast doing those
I watch you guys while I wash up the dishes, I was so engrossed in the part with the wrist/shoulder stretches with the bar that I sat down and forgot the dishes 🤦♀️
Very interesting with the front squats. I'm an ex gymnast myself and I also cannot seem to get my hands in the right position for the front squat. I thought it was a wrist thing but I'm not sure. Maybe it's a gymnast thing
Christ, about time you did a collab with a proper CrossFit athlete. And the title is incorrect, he is not the fittest human in the world. But he is up there for sure, love Zack George.
I dont think there is a sport that creates the ‘ultimate athlete’. What I’ve gathered from all these youtube videos like Parkour Expert tries Pole or Gymnast does Crossfit, is that you get good at what you train. period. That’s what the magic is. I’m not downplaying cross training as a useful tool, just that expertise comes from the grind at a specific task.
Believe it or not, I did crossfit with a trainer 4 days a week and then did it on my own 1 day with their diet (stuck to it) for 4 months and lost not 1 pound or inches. That is how much my body sucks. My hubby didn't eat as consistently and lost 25. sigh...
Oh my gosh that bar grazing your back must have hurt! How did it look the next day? And koala hangs are so bloody cute, one of the few Aussie animals that will only hurt you a little bit 🤣 come to Australia!
If you enjoyed that experience and found it interesting to see the blend of weightlifting and gymnastics, you’d LOVE the CrossFit Level 1 course. By far the best weekends experience and insight into how your body responds to training.
Gymnast and Olympic weightlifters make the best CrossFitters. Most if not all the elite CrossFit athletes have some sort of background in one or the other.
I love how Nile is always a great sport with his friends and doesn't mind being the butt of jokes. Makes him so much more fun and relatable, while being a talented olympian. Your videos always put a smile on my face 😊
british mentality, as a french i envy them for that. And english breakfast.
I was frankly so surprised that the gymnasts didn’t have the much shoulder mobility. Interesting.. Zac is the a great CrossFitter!! And Niles is well an Olympian. Great show to both of you.
I think they kinda helt it on an odd wrist angle...
We definitely need to see part 2 where you compete with some of the gymnastics CrossFit events.
They would just make them look bad at that point.

Well there's a documentary I'd watch....the ultimate athlete...looking at every sport and what they need to succeed! Go on Nile, pitch it!!!!
I'd love to see Zack back on your channel trying gymnastics. He seemed like he's cut from the same cloth as your gang and would probably be just as entertaining!

Same, I always feel like I’m not flexible but seeing this made me realise it’s all relative
When nile was talking in the room at 5:00 the picture in the background was priceless 🤣😂😆
👆🏻 this guy knows 😂
Best part of the video for me was Ellis in the background with the red glasses! 🤣
Love watching your guys competitiveness and comradery and crossfit is PERFECT for this!!! Zack is a legend too this could easily become a series and id be hooked

Nice vid! Also love how the person in the background is trying to throw down Fran...wonder if that was planned for some vid time? Lol!
Good job! So excited to see you guys do CrossFit! I feel like you should watch some of the CrossFit documentaries. You’re so right about loving the pain though, CrossFit is a special kind of torture and Zak is awesome!
Great stuff. Would be great to see a CrossFit tries gymnastics cross-over or calisthenics
I love Ash full on training in a sweatshirt and beanie 😂
You all should definitely do a video with TeamRichey!
After I did ballet, dance, gymnastics, cheer, and tumbling and quit all that I genuinely considered joining CrossFit for kids when I was like 12. I never did but still. Ok Ellis Lurking behind Nile while he explains Cross Fit🤪😜🤪😜🤪😜🤪
🇬🇧🙋🏾♀️Continuing to acknowledge that Nile is bulking up 💪🏻👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Nile's strength is slowly increasing ya know
first honest crossfit video ive ever seen. Looks fun!
Awesome ‼️A pleasure to watch …. But whomever is holding the camera, please keep it straight . I was getting dizzy 🥴.

I don’t make a habit of fawning over men but…Zack George?! Yes, God🙌🏾 Fine and Down to Earth! Can’t ask for more😌 God Bless him in all he does👏🏾
Been waiting for this one!!!
Nice job crew! Great determination.
Nile your going to feel this for days..
As a fan of your channel and myself being into CrossFit, this was great to watch.

Now, back to diving?
So glad to see this video! I have always thought you would be great at CrossFit Niles. Those with a gymnast background usually excel at the sport!
I will watch pretty much anything with Zach George in it! Back when LA fitness was a thing, I requested Luke and Adam collab with him!
your back looks like my shins when I do deadlifts lol
your energy is unmatched
keep trying new stuff
do some strong man events
log press, keg toss, husafell carry, fingles fingers, Hercules hold
you would have a blast doing those
Y’all need to connect with Craig Richey! I think the vibes would be amazing.
Have thought the same for some time.
Yes!!!! Craig + Nile needs to happen!
🇬🇧🙋🏾♀️Oh my days Joanna nearly had Ash's shorts off 😳👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I watch you guys while I wash up the dishes, I was so engrossed in the part with the wrist/shoulder stretches with the bar that I sat down and forgot the dishes 🤦♀️
Ellis and his bronze jokes kill me 😭
nile what did you think of the butterfly pullups? 13:58
Iʻd love to see this workout routine written out. This looks intense and I want to try a beginner version.
Magnus Collab would be sweet
How have I just realised that Zac is Steel from Gladiators 1:27
Very interesting with the front squats. I'm an ex gymnast myself and I also cannot seem to get my hands in the right position for the front squat. I thought it was a wrist thing but I'm not sure. Maybe it's a gymnast thing
4:50 is that Lana on the poster ? Asking 4 a friend
Good job. Hope you feel better😉
just started crossfit and must say, kinda pleased I'm alot better att snatch then a world class gymnast haha 😅
4:40 such a nice voice.
13:56 that man is swinging with the pull-up bar
I watch you guys smash your gymnastics week in week out It made a nice change to see you struggle at something 😂
Omg. PLEASE start doing CrossFit and document it. You’d get so many gains broooooo
I From Brasil.🇧🇷 I Love You Nile Wilson!!!❤
You guys have the most fun TH-cams
Greetings from USA ❤️
uhh, I was waiting the muscle ups.. you all may nail it
I always enjoy your videos.
Love it at 5 minutes you can see Lana Rhodes photo in the background with her Heart Jen tattoo 🤣
Christ, about time you did a collab with a proper CrossFit athlete. And the title is incorrect, he is not the fittest human in the world. But he is up there for sure, love Zack George.
Yeah no joke. Is it really a win if you only win because the previous champs retired?
Justin Medeiros won worlds fittest 2021, but Zach George won fittest UK.
You guys should try rowing. Massive endurance and power sport. Huge amount of technical skill required.
Look well physique wise in this video team 🎉
I’d say boxing is quite hard all round, very technical sport but cross fit and gymnastics is definitely up there
Great video, even though luke won the couples hanging challenge, nile you did beat ash with your time. 😀

I’m not downplaying cross training as a useful tool, just that expertise comes from the grind at a specific task.
I'd like to see a fun team event like this at my local gym, once a month or once a quarter.
Believe it or not, I did crossfit with a trainer 4 days a week and then did it on my own 1 day with their diet (stuck to it) for 4 months and lost not 1 pound or inches. That is how much my body sucks. My hubby didn't eat as consistently and lost 25. sigh...
Always hard to do stuff your body isnt used to... the veteran crossfitters have maximized effeciency through years of pracxtise
Respect for Drum&Bass
Oh my gosh that bar grazing your back must have hurt! How did it look the next day? And koala hangs are so bloody cute, one of the few Aussie animals that will only hurt you a little bit 🤣 come to Australia!
Ellis you gorgeous man you are not letting me concentrate on what Nile is saying hahaha
Whats the Name of the Song of your intro ?
Ayyy
Just finished your other video
You should read Matthew Frasers new book called HWPO. He's 5 time Crossfit games winner! One of the fittest in history
classy picture next to the bed mate
Joanna, you just lived my dream when you koala-ed Ash. 😍
This is so sick!
You Should do sneaker shopping
Try roller derby! Leeds and Manchester are your closest teams!
You should do a collab with The Lean Machines
World's fittest human?
Matt Fraser: am I a joke to you?
Seeing Nile in pain 🥺😭
You guys should try the 'hang-on-bar challenge'😆
Neat.
The WORLDS fittest Human? Justin Medeiros right?
I swear I saw in Ellis’s room there was a picture of a girl in a swimming costume on the wall😅😳😳
Cool video
Has anyone else noticed that he has a really big picture of Lana Rhoades in his Room😂😂
How many people got up and grabbed a broomstick to try lifting their elbows up while holding the bar when they saw Nile struggling to do it
you can do it as they also can. look up zack's grip his not holding barbell tight. He's rolling it in his fingers.
Oh come on. Let’s get a wod done. My absolute favourite was the bear. CrossFit creates insanely fit humans. Brilliant.
Nice picture Nile😭😂
8:47
If you ever tried crossfit and didn't taste the puke come up, you didn't try hard enough 😂
How about bboys as excellent athletes? Mix of power, strength, control and endurance to sustain these elements round after round?
When you collaborating with Storroar
Ashley done a mixed grip though
You are cool guys
7:47 it's a typical crossfit thing to put weight on when you are NOT READY TO DO THAT
I thought atleast one person's shorts would have to slipped off 🤣
Nile, how's your spine?
If you enjoyed that experience and found it interesting to see the blend of weightlifting and gymnastics, you’d LOVE the CrossFit Level 1 course. By far the best weekends experience and insight into how your body responds to training.
Oh man, I can’t believe you didn’t do a proper Wod. Next time, get a full mix of movements and take on Zach with CF gymnastics 🙌
Gymnast and Olympic weightlifters make the best CrossFitters. Most if not all the elite CrossFit athletes have some sort of background in one or the other.
