That’s a whole lot of people not making it to the party on Saturday night. Not meeting their potential love of their life on a Saturday night and lots and lots of people who won’t be at this or that place otherwise in many more important ways. We’re so interconnected the smallest things change everything and yet we behave as if we’re so separate

Everyone *IS* alone on their journeys. Only the rich, connected, powerful, and influential can shift the odds in their favor. Otherwise, yes, you're always at the mercy of chance, misfortune, bad timing, poor circumstances, etc.

It’s diesel. It needs pressure to combust. Diesel engines don’t use spark plugs. They ignite the diesel with piston pressure.

Driving the other way I was thinking about how many cars heading towards the fire would be stuck there!

Another video claims the fuel was diesel. So what was it?

diesel--it would exploded like a atom bomb if gasoline--30 years of hauling both i hate gasoline--took only hauls doing diesel because it is only a combustible while gasoline is flammable, burns like crazy, explodes

@@dethray1000 No. Just NO. You're lying, because fuel tankers are made from aluminum, and the tops will melt allowing the fuel to just burn. For a gasoline truck to explode, it' would have to be a steel tank capable of holding a large amount of pressure before it BLEVEied, which aluminum tanks can't do. Diesel can also readily ignite in a crash if the tank is ruptured. I doubt a trucking company that hauls fuel would give you a choice as to what you haul as well.

it is hard but especially on hot days, nights lots of vapor around it will burn--he is lucky not gasoline-driver be dead and maybe others too, gasoline very very dangerous-hauled it for 30 years, hated gasoline
