This week I start off the show with a feel good story about my twins surprising me on Father’s Day. I keep the feel good stuff goin with Tom Brady getting into the Patriots Hall of Fame and the fans showing Randy Moss the love he deserves. My friend Gabriel Iglesias got some much deserved recognition from his hometown of LBC which not a lot of people get and I end the Podcast with a crazy story about what happened to me one night while on patrol in the military. Listening to Gary talk about fathers day makes me hope his older kids come back around. My dad was released from prison after doing a substantial amount of time and had a daughter shortly after. Me and my siblings felt a little betrayed which lead to some “daddy issues”. Still our dad and that will never change!
I was thinking his kids might feel that way too even though he’s been reaching out to them.
@@chafrajayfra32 here’s the thing, you don’t know that he has continued to reach out to his kids. And from kid perspective, it’s important for the parent to continue to reach out, write a letter to make them feel that they are forever important to him and never forgotten.

Its insane how it took all these years for you to realize these military stories are good because even as someone thats never served I can picture them in my head and really enjoy them

I'm a PI in KC, super huge fan of yours. In fact, you brought me on stage back in 2007 to say the "N-word" during one of your bits because obviously you can't say the word, it was freakin HILARIOUS. Been a huge fan of yours ever since. Everytime you come to KC I always take my girl with me to go see you. And, your material is always new and fresh unlike D.L. Hugley who's been telling some of the same jokes for YEARS! Anyway, in this episode you talked about Ms. Pat being fired, and that you also got fired once. Quick story about my life, I've been doing PI work since March of 2003. I first started out working for a PI firm and learned everything about the business and I advanced thru the ranks for the company very quickly. Fast forward to May 2012, they fired me because my driver's license got suspended. It was suspended for speeding tickets doing work for THEM. Instead of working with me they fired me. I cried like a BITCH when I got fired (kinda like you did when you saw the twins on Father's Day) Something immediately clicked in my head that same night that I got fired back in 2012, to start my own PI firm. Which I did, May 2012 and have been running my own business ever since. So, them firing me was the best thing that literally happened in my life. Just wanted to share that story about being fired. It pushed me to start my own business and call my own shots. I honestly don't think that I could ever work for someone again. Keep being hilarious bro, you got a huge fan in KC. I'm not a "groupie" type dude but I fux with you! ✊🏾
Thanks for sharing. I will never forget that feeling when I got fired from my first real job out of college. That feeling when you’re trying to hold back the tears and it keeps welling up in your throat. I’m thinking you’re a female in an office with these men and you’re gonna look like such a baby if you cry. I worked so hard to get that job and In Florida, they can fire you for no reason at all. But fuck that job with PGA National. The next job I got was a much better match.

What are the shady practices? I find it hard to believe that they aren’t a good company if Mayim Bialik and Chelsea both promote them on their podcasts.
@HH-gv8mx for me, you can't call them directly, it's a 3rd party company and they will email you, and they make it hard to get up with your theorist.

Gary, this is a case where you should have kept you opinion to yourself concerning Ms. Pat. How can you say what you think Tiger did if you were not there? You are just speculating. Even if you THOUGHT you knew him (because no one truly knows anyone), you still could not say what he did with any certainty. You should have left that alone. You asked for trouble. What if people said that about your family situation? You wouldn't like it. But don't worry, IT WILL HAPPEN. Just remember the energy YOU put out to start it.

I love Gary’s podcast and he’s one of my favourite comedians so I’m not being a hater. But I’ve noticed Gary is always refuting other people’s experiences because he had a different experience with that person. Pat made it clear on the Breakfast Club that Tigger had an issue with her before she even got on the radio show and it escalated from there. Just because his experience with Tigger was a good one doesn’t invalidate Pats. It’s just something I’ve noticed.

That is awesome your twins came to visit you! I am sure your Father's Day was wonderful having them with you. I notice you don't mention your new lady. Does she not want you talk about her or is that due to the public nature of your former marriage? Given how much you share about your life, surprised you dont talk about her, You have discussed the twins a little bit more. Hope you are happy with all of them.

The biggest turnaround ever is Mike Tyson, followed by George Foreman. They were literally looked at as monsters.
Gary, I think you should watch the BC interview again. Ms Pat was leaving the show anyway they just let her go sooner than she wanted. She admitted she was never there.

Good times! Was at Miramar (after Tustin closed) when you were in Dego. Funny to think I may have run into you at 32nd e-club...though we Marines had a pretty poppin' e-club then too. Did my tech training at Lejeune, & being a CA native, I expected to experience some measure of racism while there, but it wasn't until I got back to Cali...crazy! & you're right about Office Hours = Capt. Mast = NJP (non-judicial punishment) = Article 15, in A.F./Army (iirc). I'm guessing those Marines you spoke of, were at SERE on North Island, or w/ BUDS if they were Recon bubbas. Yes, we had some of them Neo on our base, but they were more likely found in the ground units at Pendleton. Last...there were combat engagements during that period...Clinton sent some into Kosovo, and others to the Gulf...been there, done that, got the t-shirt...& the ptsd.

As far as athlete turnarounds from a public perception standpoint, I think Mike Tyson has to be considered as well. From where he came from post prison and Evander Holyfield ear bite, Tyson, as we stand today is one of the most popular and beloved boxers ever this side of Muhammad Ali.
