We just call it Matsumoto M. is the initial and letter M Matsumoto used to taste good when we were kids, but they have changed...too hyped up. I do love the texture of last one, but it's Taiwanese, not Hawaiian shave ice.
Waiola got the best in town family bizz pumping out that good shave ice right on the block …..during summer there is no shade Unless you score a seat at there little bench with all the sickers ! Check out the 86 decal yah u!

Dude you don't know how to order your shave ice! You get it with ice cream. You can have azuki bean too. Matsumoto is the best on the island the other two are newer fyi.
