Dalton has revived all these songs that were unknown, lost and forgotten. His vocal ability is sensational and is destined for remarkable achievements in his journey towards total recognition a la awards, etc. Haven't heard this quality of rendition and interpretation for a very loooooooooong, looooooong time. Dalton, you are a creep, creeping into our hearts and souls, wanting for more of you, musically, and your future is written in the book of greatness.

Do u realize when he sings there is no fan fare. No back up , just him. That's how u know real talent. All u need is your voice. I just watched the other contestants. Some are good but there's too much going on around them. When Dalton sings u can't focus on what's going on around him. Your eyes goes straight to him from start to finish. Vocal matrix indeed.

probably the best all time vocal to ever come out of one of these shows... please can a record producer make sure he gets picked up and mentored properly, give him time to grow into his voice , because he is special and his voice will just deliver it back 10 fold.......to any label. Don't do your usual grab and burn routine to young artists. He needs a special mentor who is willing to go the distance.... then we can all enjoy him long term. Maybe Stefani Germanotta can give him a hand because she knows what it takes and how to get it done and shes not talking text books..... its real life grit. Winning a show is just the beginning... the hard work starts afterwards and thats' where he needs the voice of experience.
Exactly, I just hope and pray that there will be genuine produces, mentors, great team around him so as to see him go the distance not just 'five years' that all past talents have gotten to. I am afraid with his background, he will be exploited but hopefully God will see him through.

I see no reason to watch any other contestant perform because, hands down, he is the Artist, the Superstar he has dreamed of being,the winner. Wow. I love him more and more every week. On top of his talent, he just has this pleasing energy that's the opposite of arrogance. He says his sister raised him most of his life, and she did a damn good job. I watch him take in the judges comments at the end of each performance and you can see that he expects nothing from them but constructive criticism, but of course they have none. The shock on his face when all they can do is praise him is priceless. So humble, and that really comes from his character. I'm rooting for him so hard it's stupid.

Im just shocked that we had such an amazing person in Jamaica and he had to go so far for four people to recognise and and tell us that he is good. It's just sad. Im just shocked that we had such an amazing person in Jamaica and he had to go so far for four people to recognise and and tell us that he is good. It's just sad. I really hope he wins this or get a record deal that will propel him further.
