Ahsan your explanation so good
Thanks for the appreciation
@ahsanfinance Thank you very much,I watch all your videos
Amazing job brother ❤
Thank you so much
I always wait for your next video. I would really appreciate if you make a update video on your stock portfolio on a monthly or once in a 2 months basis. You can also explain the reason behind the spike or fall of your stock.
I want to learn more on that topic.
Thanks and Regards
Hasib
Thanks for the appreciation. Ill launch the portfolio update in the coming weeks
I have taken a leasing car for 3 years, as I am new driver and certainly have very less knowledge to handle repairs or maintenance. 😮
Thanks for sharing. Yes it can be a good option for some beginners.
Thanks for the video. This analysis is valid is only for ICE vehicles. BEV could be bit different (still financially mostly better, but comes with whole set of reliability issues).
Interesting point indeed. I would mostly agree too.
I wanted to add BEV into the analysis but the data isn't simply there yet. Specially for the used market. For example, on mobilede there are about 1.5Million offers out of which only 78000 correspond to electric vehicles. In addition to that most of those offers are starting at 30K€+ which in my opinion would not be suitable for 95+% of the expact community looking for a car and I think 99% of first time buyers. That said, I will definitely include electric vehicles in the follow up video
I bought an Audi A5 2012 with 80.000 Km and so far it has been the best decision for the money.
May I ask how much did you buy it for?
@@ahsanfinance sure 12K. It is a S-line coupe edition.
That is a very good price for the milage
How often you need to go for maintainance? And how much is the maintainance cost.
@@abdullahzafar1862 once a year as usual for any car. Oil and filter change for 200 €
Hey Ahsan,
Thanks for the informative video. Do you think having a company car for a newbie would be a good option ?
By a company car, do you mean is it a good Idea if a newbie gets a car from the company?
@@ahsanfinance Yes, I mean from our employer. This way we just have to pay some amount of tax monthly, no insurance, no leasing anything.
Well in most cases I think this would be the ideal situation. You dont have any upfront costs, no insurance and specially no depreciation to worry about. The only thing would be the allowance of company car to be used for personal purposes. Some companies have no issues with private usage but most have strict conditions.
Great Video!! Could you please make a video on Deutsche Bank account for students and all the benefits?
Well honestly speaking Deutsche Bank is not that Great
@@ahsanfinancewould you recommend revolut for students instead?
Yes Revolut is good option. Have a look at this video where I compare some more with Revolut: th-cam.com/video/L_sFNQNrPeE/w-d-xo.html
Hi, thanks for the video! The EU reimport cars (EU neuwagen) seems to be cheaper than new german cars. Do you have any information on it?
Well EU reimports are indeed cheaper and if you buy it from a reputable handler who has all the proper paperwork then it can also be a good option. The biggest downside would be when you resell it, most people think that as its a reimport there might be something wrong with it even if there isn't one. Additionally make sure that you are aware of the Gas emmision standards for that specific car and its features. As those would be different from the same car sold in Germany.
Hi, could you share where did you get the lost value over the years graph?
I got the data from Allianz and Huk Car Insurance
Ahsan bhai beard badi acchi hai aapki, Mashallah
Thank you 🙏🏾
If you are new in Germany you need a valid residency longer than the lease or financing
Yes, thanks for pointing it out. I should have taken the visa situation in account in the video as well.
I knew this already but what about the conditions of the leasing? Can I get the auto at the end? should I pay more at the end or in the begin etc etc etc
Dankeschön auf jeden Fall
Well this is an overview video and the conditions for leasing vary from case to case. For example : You can keep the car at the end for a specific amount of fee or you can just pay any damage fee and give the car back. In most cases if you pay more at the start/beginning your leasing fee would be reduced compared to paying a higher amount at the end.
Hey ahsan can you suggest a high interest German savings account bank
Look into C24 and Trade Republic

I’ve been watching your videos for some time and im new in Germany and with investing im from india and tried to sign up in both scalable capital and trade republic with my Indian passport but neither of those worked.. what can i do now?
May I ask what error do you get when you signup with Scalable Capital?
@ when i was trying to add my country it wasn’t showing India
Even on Scalable Capital? That is quite weird
@@ahsanfinance yes what to do now?!
Perhaps look into: ahsanfinance.com/Finanzen
3 yo car just from leasing is ideal
Were you able to find good deals with Used cars for leasing?
It’s little confusing
If you have a specific question, ill try to answer it if I can
@ Na .. I like your other videos tho 👍🏻

We have to address the elephant in the room. Why do us desis buy used Audi, BMW & Mercedes for high costs with low features + lower selling price at time of sale.
Well I think its a cultural thing. For most people, its almost impossible to buy these luxury brands back home. Here its not the case. You can easily find used cars at a decent rate. Hence the decision. But I do think, some people over extend their budget just to get the Premium Brand name.
