There are a few issues that need to be revised here. You have too many seats in there!
You don't need the third rear row. That's where you'll need to put your luggage. It'll also help increase leg space in the van.

That inverter would have been placed underneath the space on the right passenger door side. Then, the charging system on the floor space above the engine space behind the front seats
