You can also have a fishing rod and enchant it with lure. And make that one for destroying blocks. And now you have 1 tool for placing and another one for destroying.

For the part where you say not for multiplayer just put @a[name=your name here] then proceed with ~~~ only problem is if your name has a space it won’t work so to fix that do /tag @p a then change the @a[name= to tag=a] that way it works for multiple people if you don’t understand just comment and I’ll make a video

Replace it with /execute at @e[name=a] as @e[name=a] run
is so easy / Execute at @a run fill ~10 ~10 ~10 ~10- ~10- ~10- and done. just 1 command block and boom! 9:42

Yes first command block does /give @p and then the item and a chain vommand block goes /enchant @p and the enchantment
Lemme give you a command for enchanting sword /enchant @p sharpness 2
Also note that you need to hold the sword while writing it
He means that when he uses the /give command, it is already enchanted with his desired enchantment
