Block type : Repeat
Condition : Unconditional
Redstone : Always Active
Command Input : execute @e[type!=player]~(space)~(Space)~(Space)kill @e[type=item]
Command #2
Block type : Chain
Condition : Conditional
Redstone : Always Active
Command Input : execute @e[type!=player]~(space)~(Space)~ summon lightning_bolt
(Make sure you put 2+ Entities) Kill 1 and the other one will be struck by lightning

You could use armor stand if you need to kill to activate and hide the armor stand then tp in front of you repeat then summon the armor stand it will activate if you want to do it again if you kill the armor stand

Try to give the item a custom name and use the name tag and add the radius tag to reduce the summoned lightning
