My 50km Ultramarathon Race Reveal - Running 50, Week 3

Week Three of my Running 50 Challenge - to run 50 miles a week for 50 weeks, to run a 50km ultramarathon, and to run a 50 mile ultramarathon - starting on my 50th birthday.
During COVID, thousands of races for over a year have been cancelled, postponed, or gone virtual. So it was no surprise, but still disappointing, when my choices for a spring 50km ultramarathon were narrowing and disappearing.
But, after several races were cancelled, I finally chose one that is going live in April in Northern California - the Forest Ranch Four 50km ultra in Chico, California! I continued my training for the virtual Oakland Marathon (and now the 50km ultra), including a double half marathon weekend: two13.1 mile runs on back to back days. Saturday's marathon training run included a big 500 foot vertical on a mile climb up to our local winery, Brassfield, in the High Valley.
I ended Week 3 with 64.1 miles. Here’s my week summary of running mileage per day:
Monday - 8.08
Tuesday - 8
Wednesday - 10.25
Thursday - 7.17
Friday - 4.04
Saturday - 13.46
Sunday - 13.10
For the total Running 50 challenge I have run 188.83 miles over 3 weeks.
