Agreed with you, the Landing area with a tall window is more appreciated
It will be much better to have a OPTION LIST for luxury interiors. Plus, to have more extension on the kitchen size or minimise the garden is another option I like. More window numbers or window size is more welcome then.

1/ doors in Nature colour but in plain, without the grooves
2/ for the kitchen, to have a Bar Table in the middle work top, other than the open cabinet
3/ to have Double Refrigerator
4 to place the kitchen cabinets to top ceiling instead of leaving a gap space at top
1. 舊spec是木色冇坑, upgrade 是白色有坑, 2. No bar table, 3. No double fridge freezer

When Countryside has such many HK people buying his houses, why not tailor-made a CHINESE COLLING KITCHEN for us, if not, Countryside has options to have a fire cooker, a Bar Table for buyer to choose.
發展商不會為香港人特別設計，只是 Countryside 的屋型比較多香港人鍾意，現在新的 Countryside 盤都有明火爐頭
好鍾意Countryside的屋形設計，我見Warrington都有佢也啲發展項目，唔知該地點好嗎？
以Countryside在曼城4個新盤來講，這位置的 Living Standard 分數最高
Warrington 嗰個盤 在WA1，靠近火車路軌，選盤要向河比較好，居住環境分數比這個盤低，而位置比較尷尬，並不靠近 Warrington 熱門的幾間中學，但還是有Good中學在附近
請問可以拍條Warrington Countryside 嘅片嗎？我有興趣買嗰度🙏

@@OnRoadProperty Warrington 真係比較偏僻，冇番兩架車真係搞唔掂。
樓梯無窗成日開燈電費平，成屋地下都是膠地板，又無車房。
示範單位地下不是膠地板，是木地板，其實這也不重要，因為所有新盤地板是不含在內，發展商有很多款式可以選擇，也可以搵flooring公司做，兩間示範單位都是有車房的
英國屋冇預留冷氣機位，一到夏天三十幾度就熱到嗌救命。

Countryside嘅盤係冇water cylinder的，佢之前嘅盤都有，頂樓間房仔原本係擺water cylinder，而家啲盤用咗新boiler所以唔使
感覺呢個主持嘅介紹几可靠
