Dany is like a superhero: in regular life she is a sweetheart and a ray of sunshine, but when she gets on stage she becomes a badass powerhouse. Fun facts: in 2022 The Warning did an interview for Classic 106.9, a radio station in Monterrey; when the DJ asked DPA to come up with an ideal Rock Supergroup, Dany picked Orianthi as the guitarist. Then in 2024 in Japan, Dany mentioned in an interview for PRS Guitars Japan that her dream guitar was the PRS Private Stock Orianthi Limited Edition. Now not only she got to perform with Orianthi on stage, but the latter gifted Dany her dream guitar! Rockstars just have a thing for gifting Dany special guitars. Dany is touched by the Rock Gods. Rock on!
They manifest good things like no other band. Most people jinx themselves when they make wishes out loud. The Warning says I'd like or I wish and it happens.
I think a lot of the rock greats see the next generation of rockers embodied in The Warning, especially Dany. As lead singer/guitarist, she just radiates "ROCKSTAR!" when she's on stage.
Is that the same interview where she picked Lzzy Hale for vocals? Someone mentioned Dany's dream line up but didn't say when/where she was asked.
@@paulrowe006 I went to watch that part of the interview to double-check, and no. This is the lineup they picked: Billy Joel on keyboards, Chris from Muse on bass, Orianthi on guitars, Willow on vocals, and Arejay Hale from Halestorm on drums. Makes sense since they had just been on tour with him. As I mentioned, the whole interview is online. But you can also watch a good chunk of the interview with good subtitles (better than the TH-cam translation) if you watch The Warning - Funny Moments 14, posted by The Warning Argentina.
@@paulrowe006 your comment reminded me of Philip Michael Thomas. He coined the term EGOT in an interview saying that he wanted to win an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar and a Tony within the next five years. That was the closest his name ever got to any of those awards.
My Son and I have talked about how great it would be if they got together, only with The Warning but this is beyond incredible because Orianthi Gifts Dany her Signature Model PRS Guitar... Dany's dream Guitar... Dany is the Sweetest person on earth. And She deserves this so, so much!!!

I was there at the House of Blues 40th PRS anniversary ( Thanks Paul ! ) and I had no idea who Dany Villareal was...I discovered her... and instantly loved her playing / singing... All musicians that night were great but for me she stole the show !!! And Orianthi giving her PRS guitar to Dani was an amazing end ....🙂
The ladies of The Warning are getting the respect of the rock community, playing with the well established rockers and kicking ass!!

You don't have any idea of how much I Iooove to see two great talented musicians/artists sharing the stage selfishless, just ejoying and respecting each other's craft As an artists myself is one of the most beautiful things you hardly see. We are so fortunate to be alive and be able to just see this.

Dany is at a higher level. The way he plays the guitar. The way Dany interacts with the public and that sweetness as a human being that makes everyone love her, are unique. She is the sweet rock queen

Yes! Dany doesn't know that you never see anybody doing that with this song. IMO, the songs key was too high for her power range and they didn't dial in her amp setup to sound nearly as good as Orianthi. Just saying.
I couldn't imagine what it would be like to be in Dany's shoes up there. As good as a guitar play as Dany is she's up there shredding with Orianthi who is a legend on guitar, and she definitely held her own. Yes, skeptics, Dan can shred. If this doesn't change your mind you don't want to see it.

Wait, from minute 5:20 was Dany shredding that guitar alone?.. so, if she is, that really confirms one thing to me, many people say she can't shred but I always have had my own theory that she doesnt look like because she is always too busy doing the rest of her duties. So, in that case, she's better than many great guitar players, cause the mayority of them only do that alone, but in the case of Dany she does a lot of things appart from singing, and not only doing rithym guitar but the hard things she does that I dont know the name of, but requieres a extra brain to proccess that. One person that comes to mind that is really a master of, is Lidsay Buckingham.

I'm a huge fan and I'm not sure that her vocals were quite on point for this song. But she belted as usual and shredded with Orianthi so who cares? She's awesome.

She sound forced with this high notes she was screaming not singing and the solo in contrast with the Orianthi agility was weak and basic you can see levels when you have Orianthi next to you. Don't be blind obssesed fans...say facts is not be hater. She was good in the Sabbath song this was a correct range for her.

This is so amazing. Dany can be at a PRS event shredding and sharing with other legendary musicians or she can be making tik tok videos with her sisters to promote their songs. These girls do everything! Just another reason they became my favorite band in the world.

For those talking about her shedding, there is one very good reason she doesn’t usually play solos on The Warning songs. The three sisters have a certain code among themselves that they won’t ever upstage one another. If a song doesn’t need a solo, it won’t have one. If there is a solo, they play it true to the recording with rare exception. Over the course of a concert, each of the ladies gets spotlight moments that showcase their vocals or prowess on their instruments, but it is always tastefully restricted unless it is a planned extension of the song, as is the case with their live version of “Disciple”.
Did I miss it? Why is Orianthi sitting or is that sometimes common for her?

I’ve heard she had a pulled hamstring. But I have also heard it was an abdominal muscle pull. Either way, she was uncomfortable standing or moving around.

the thing about Back In Black is that it's good for maybe 4 min,,still, love the guitar works,,, always fun watching musicians not totally familiar with each other trying to get OUT of a jam!!😜🤪

When Dany started singing I actually had a flashback to when Pau sang it years ago with her baby chipmunk voice. 😄
@@RetiredERdoc-dh9fhI doubt Pau could sing this now, but Dany took a good stab at it. She was trying to use her chest voice or mixed voice so that she had a higher range because she is a natural alto who can and does routinely top out at an F5, which is pretty high for an alto. Dany doesn’t usually sing in falsetto though she can. She loves to have the volume in her voice. So that had a lot to do with the on the spot approach to this. I’m glad she remembered the lyrics.
