Hi, do you know if there is any modifications to do to the exhaust to get better sound without affecting performance? I really want a aftermarket pipe and silencer but their really expensive. Any ideas?
The rear muffler has quite a bit of weight on it and in my opinion could be cut off where the expansion pipe ends and the muffler begins. Then you could make a reducer to a more typical style dirt bike silencer That may make it flow better and sound nicer

OK quick question how do you have your brake light attached? I can’t seem to find a bar that’s the same size as the brake light and the four wheeler.
I believe it bolts straight to the frame
We must have different headlights mine won’t attach
Still have any parts for that polaris sportsman that u took motor off for odessy
