They were actually really diving into the "Cinderella" concept. If you can see it in the music video in the bridge after rora sang, the part where they pan to pharita in the car up the sky, you can see the time on the Big Ben it's at 11:59ish or 12:00 and then at the end of the music video they wake up and then the shoes were there in the bed with them. Which probably means that, it was not a dream, everything really happened last night. Just like cinderella, she can only go out and enjoy herself at night. That's why they were shooting it at night. And that’s why there were a lot of blue outfits in the video.

From my perspective, a lot people enjoy more this song because it’s different from what we used to. Or in other word ‘this is not YG style/ YG formula’. That’s what people been waiting for. Full lyrics in chorus, no empty chorus, no sudden drop like it’s almost perfect. But i get it what you mean by the chorus was not giving as you thought, after all the build up from pre chorus. I clicked with the song after heard the chorus

The song is really a grower. At first listen it didn't really hit me hard as much but after few repeats holy cow it became very addictive. I think i only listen this song yesterday on repeat for 40 times lol. Give it another listen without the mv on streaming platforms maybe you'll like it even more.

I definitely agree wih your opinion. I also not a big fan of the chorus part , but the outro was very impressive especially with ahyeon's adlibs and high note. Other than that , the other parts is nice. I'm currently waiting for their full album!

Im gonna need them to give Asa a bit longer of a rap because in Sheesh and Forever her rap verses keep ending abruptly. Other than that Forever is probably one of my fave songs and music videos from them!. Kiss of Life and Babymonster about to take over my summer playlist!
The other songs got praised as well very high from all the reactors and in general from global music listnerers, Batter up and Sheesh are such good songs for those who love YG and the YG style isnt that much loved in Korea what is really sad, cause its the only fresh air we have in K-pop these days. And we can see in the views from Batter up and sheesh and that they have nearly 12 Million monthly listeners cause of this songs, and forever is a masterpiece when it comes to unite different styles in an unexcpected way and thats what makes it their actual best song.
But dont think you are the only one loveing Batter up and Sheesh, cause batter up is such a great song and the hate is forced from all those haters who want them to flop or the toxic blinks or the classic YG haters and sheesh is so Powerfull, so funn, so energetic and the rap line always delivers.
Babymonster are queens for a reason...doesnt matter what they do, they always impress or surprises people around the world and that they already in the top 10 ( 8th ) biggest and most popular artists on music platforms GLOBALY....
