Good morning sir, Mai ek hotel me gaya waha goibibo se booking hota hai jisme goibibo commission +gst ,TDS 1%,TCS 1% CUT krta hai , to as a hotel accounts hum usko apne tally me kaise entery kre ge , or bank adjustment kaise kre ge please give some advice , my question is bill per igst hoga ya cgst ,sgst, or jo commission per gst lga wo kya hoga igst ya cgst sgst
GST on paying guest monthly rent with amenities such as wifi, washing machine, drinking water, House keeping. Charges per person is 9000₹ per monthly if Iam earning 2.5 lakh per month what is the return filing for GST. Please do comments on this.
Sir agar kisi property me 1000 to 15000 per room per day hai and usme restaurant bhi hai to restaurant service par 5℅ GST bill banaye ya 18% wala banaye?

7500/- per room per day room rent se excess hone par 18% lagega
If i have restaurent with hotel, & charged 5℅ and 12% gst respectively, Can i claim ITC On Capital Goods or Services related with hotel?
You can claim ITC only in case of hotel
