For 34" waist for front: Length 19.5" or as per your choice Waist = 1/4th waist + 3" = 11.5" Crotch = 11.5" + 2"= 13.5" Bottom = 11.5"+ 0.5" = 12" Cut front part and extend back part as shown in this video.

This is for 32" waist size. I have extended back by 1" and then drawn slant line so that when a person sits the shorts will be comfortable.
Can you advise , if I need the waist line to be 34 inches ,do I still stick to same cut except to extend on the straight side?
