We discovered a safety issue with the early versions of our Instinct Clipper and are initiating a voluntary recall of certain units in coordination with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. A simple battery replacement will solve the problem. If you own one of the affected clippers, please contact us immediately and we’ll make sure we replace your battery at no charge to you.
