An apology is important, and obviously forgiveness is as-well...But you HAVE TO REMEMBER that they are ONLY apologizing because they were caught and called out for what they did. A sorry is NOT going to do for this stand point, royale high was dragging this on a little too late and until I see them ACTUALLY improving I dont think I will take this apology seriously. Yes developing a game is hard for the devs but that doesnt give them the right to shut people down because we were pointing out mistakes. We ALL make mistakes it’s NORMAL, but if that ends up offending people, they KNOW what they did wrong, and not taking any right to change that just because we tried to help them is their biggest problem yet. Own up to it fully, it shows growth and maturity! To expand on them publicly apologising to Haley, they had to because she made the situation public. Not saying her making it public was a bad thing, a lot of these issues where happening for so long privately and nothing was changing and as Hailey mentioned they wouldnt do anything unless it was publicly outed. This was truely needed and if royale high didnt apologise publicly then they would look like the unapologetic butts to their audience who they are trying to win back. For one they need to lower the cost of food,clothing items, furniture, and accessories because there’s no damn way that stuff should be costing 100,000 for a set and more. Not only that they need to update more frequently and gives better ways to earn diamonds so people can actually purchase accessories more easily because I shouldn’t have to be breaking my back just to get one clothing item or accessory for my dorm. The problem is you can tell they don't fully understand that a written apology doesn't carry the weight they want. Because how many apologizes have they had to give out in the past and nothing changed? I do think they need to rehire the social media team (aka launce is a horrible fit). So this next part is pure corporate politics. She took the narrative away from them and really trashed their image just by being honest and showing receipts of how shitty they where acting. They probably apologized to Haley publicly to save face as soon as possible, but I am kinda with you on wondering why they couldn't have done it privately; had they apologized privately, Haley probably would have made a video about it, and that would've shown to the community that the RH account is trying to be more genuine, but ofc that isn't guaranteed, just speculation.

To expand on them publicly apologising to Haley, they had to because she made the situation public. Not saying her making it public was a bad thing, a lot of these issues where happening for so long privately and nothing was changing and as Hailey mentioned they wouldnt do anything unless it was publicly outed. This was truely needed and if royale high didnt apologise publicly then they would look like the unapologetic butts to their audience who they are trying to win back.
NOW i think they should also apologise to Lukash since his badge was removed unfairly and they should probably resenstate both badges and give both private personal apologys along with the public one and jhst learn to take a little critasism because its benefits the game, the creator and the player

Honestly they need to do a lot more than apologize. For one they need to lower the cost of food,clothing items, furniture, and accessories because there’s no damn way that stuff should be costing 100,000 for a set and more. Not only that they need to update more frequently and gives better ways to earn diamonds so people can actually purchase accessories more easily because I shouldn’t have to be breaking my back just to get one clothing item or accessory for my dorm. And the seasonal stuff. Kind of sucks as well because I don’t wanna have to wait a whole year for an item to go on sale again.

Even if they change RH the damage has been done. RH will I think forever be dead to me, after what they did to callmehhaley and notlukash I am truly disappointed.(I probably spelled that wrong). A good game is always good if that makes sense, they don't just try working hard when when people start leaving and moving on they as hard as the can whenever they can. Royal high was good at the start I enjoyed it but as time went on barbie's ''passion project" was more like a money making machine. They removed her badge because she gave her option on the game without asking her when they did the exact same thing? The whole game was dead what did they expect her do make a vid on an update that never happened 💀? They didn't even say sorry to Notlukash and he literally quit. All of RH is an aesthetic castle wear you play dress up no royplay no nothing. When ppl made a similar game to royal high barbie would get it taken down cause everyone know that barbie owns the dress up and pretty castle game idea. I have my doubts about their apology and I'm sure they're apologising because they've been exposed and Kreekcraft has made a video about this drama so they're screwed. If they're really sorry, they should give Lukas and Callmehhaley their badges.
The problem is you can tell they don't fully understand that a written apology doesn't carry the weight they want. Because how many apologizes have they had to give out in the past and nothing changed?
I do think they need to rehire the social media team (aka launce is a horrible fit). So this next part is pure corporate politics. Publically apologizing to Haley is less about apologizing to her specifically and more about acknowledging the way they treated her was extremely fucked up and uncalled for. She took the narrative away from them and really trashed their image just by being honest and showing receipts of how shitty they where acting. Apologizing to her publically is essentially saving face and trying to lessen the public backlash by tucking tail. It's purely a strategic move to appeal to the overlap of her fans and rh fans to calm down. Its not nice. It's corporate politics.
Overall RH can't apologize with words. They need to apologize with actions. I wouldn't be calling this apology "okay", i'd be calling it a bare minimum start. They can't be vague. Lack of communication is a huge reason their community is pissed with them and being vague is just insulting.

It is difficult to know if they are really willing to change and improve or if they only do it to "calm down" the situation. (Which will probably end up getting worse).
Everyone is tired of seeing Royale High stumbling over the same rock over and over again. We've already given Royale High thousands of chances and even told them possible solutions to the problems and given them ideas for future updates. But sadly they never listened to us nor took our opinion into account. Isn't the game supposed to be made for us? :(
I really appreciate this game, I joined since its inception and it was one of the first games I played on Roblox. Literally ALMOST 8 years with this game.
I currently have 5 gamepasses, and I spent MY saved money to buy them (with my parents' permission). Not only for the gamepasses themselves, but to support the creators. But with everything that's happened, I feel like it's no longer worth supporting them until they show that they REALLY appreciate both the game and the community. I'm leaving Royale High and honestly won't come back until they change.
For now, R.I.P. Royale High. You have been a big part of my childhood and my pre-adolescence.
