I love how honest you are. So many people on TH-cam with cleaning videos are them "cleaning" after they basically clean and pretend their houses are so nice. It always makes me feel like I am a failure as a mom that I don't keep my house clean enough even though I work full time. I am glad to see I am NOT the only one. Thank you for your honesty!

@@GuiltFreeMomma There was a video of yours that I will never forget. You said "Why is my house like this? Because it is lived in. As long as my kids and husband are happy and healthy there is always another day you for cleaning" something like that and it really really stuck to me. I found myself yelling at my kids more often about making messes and your comment put a halt to that and made me realize that they are kids just trying to be happy and play and I would rather that, then them outside being hoodlums. Ruthie for the life of me I don't understand how people can be upset at someone else's home being a mess, and then they have the nerve to comment. Girl, this is real life, right? I live with my husband and grown daughter, and there are times when I look at my home and say "what in the hell happened here", but with my daughter and I working full-time, plus I'm in school (online) taking care of my husband that has onset dementia I don't have time to have a perfect clean home. I try and stick with a cleaning schedule, but even that goes out the window sometimes. Don't fret, we all know that life happens, and I would love to see the homes of those complaining, I'm sure their homes are not spotless!

Man girl,if that white furniture was in my house it would be gray and brown in 0.3 seconds lol great job!
It looks a lot lighter on camera for some reason but it is a pretty light cream color. My kids aren’t really allowed in there with any objects or food so that kinda helps.
I'm here for it everytime. My son just looked at me crazy because I did a happy dance when I seen your video.

Pine SOL mop & shine worked great on mine & the Boen is really good as well. Love the pink slippers. Add a heel & you will be fierce. You are awesome!!! Everybody's house get out of hand sometimes. What's important is you do take control or get control of it.

Good to see you everybody is on it today with these motivations. Have you thought about Murphy's Oil? And I think Old English I know that's for wood furniture I'm not sure about the floors but more than likely you probably can use it.
I use old English on my kitchen table but that would be too slippery for the floor. Unless they make something specific for the floor. I’ll check

Like you, I only used Bona on my floors. I agree it cleans well but I felt like my floors were dull. I used Rejuvenate satin/ matte professional wood floor restorer and my floors look beautiful! I purchased it from Walmart. Its recommended to use only once a year, I'm 8 months in & my floors are still good.
