    Hi, I just found your channel, and thank You for the motivation.
    MAJOR props/kudos to you! I feel like if I don’t pick up after everyone for two hours our house gets so cluttered and on top of it, if we have stuff to do outside of the house the house gets worse. I deal with exhaustion, anxiety, adhd and mild depression as a SAHM, so I understand you for sure! I am so sorry that you are going through this. I started making myself get ready in some way in most days… was prescribed adhd medications which has helped my motivation, and in turn depression, however I was previously on anxiety medication and that was not really helping much…. Because it’s all stemming from adhd not the other way around ( sometimes) this is my journey, please no one judge. Thanks- I don’t like taking medication, but sometimes it is chemically needed for certain. Major elephant in the room- please stop saying mean or rude comments about this woman’s video. She is doing her absolute best, and making a video to motivation other women / people… that you are watching. Depression and all things mental health plus pain is a lot, and cleaning the house or picking up rather is very hard daily for many reasons, and hard for weeks c months or seasons. Your house is very clean btw!!! Prayers!

      Thank you for all the kind words! I’m so glad I’m not alone. Being a SAHM can be tough, but then with an added layer of ADHD and other mental health problems, some days feel impossible! Thanks for the prayers ❤️

    I had this with my legs, and found magnisium helps, sometimes I take a supplement of mag glycinate at night (also helps with migraines). I also have purchased mag flakes from Amazon and use them in a hot bath befor bed and recently made a spray and lotion with them. I sleep so much better now!

    Tonic water w/ quinine. 6 oz before bed may help your legs. I had this for a long time when I was anemic. It is believed that a lot of people with anemia have restless legs so maybe more protein in your diet. Hope this helps. Great cleaning motivation!

      Thanks! I'm also anemic but didn't know that could be making my restless legs worse! I'll definitely be looking into your suggestion!

    For your legs try Eucerin skin calming itch soothing cream. Works for me 😊 Keep up the good work 👏

    I vacuum my bare floors because it gets the hair up better than my broom.

      Oh no! I don’t get Charlie horses (knock on wood 😳). That sounds awful! I’ve been using a Dr. Teals nighttime bubble bath with epsom salt and that seems to be helping for now.

      @@hellforyou5166 I have her help sometimes but she’s only 1 so most of the time she just gets stuff back out again so I wait for her to be asleep to have a clean living room for an hour or two 🤣

    Anxiety is a symptom of depression, maybe you have mom depression , check at doctor 😊
