I have owned a Classic 350 for well over 2 years and love the Zen like quality of the bike, the best I have owned in 54 years of riding. No changes to the engine just heated grips, bar end mirrors and touring seats, plus at first 300 mile service had a top quality DID chain fitted. 4000 miles later the chain still looks like new, just a wipe with a rag and a drop of sae 80 gearbox oil. Yesterday I watched a Glyn Owen video of his Classic Rusty Bertie, fitting a Bullet touring seat and was amazed at the difference to the Classics touring seat, so much more padding, so guess who has a Bullet touring seat on order in dark brown to go with my Halcyon Green Classic 😊 PS just forgot 4 months ago fitted Royal Enfield alloy wheels and Bridgestone tubeless tyres with right angle valves.
I have 15,000 miles now on my 22 Classic 350 Army Special and use it daily for work year round, zero problems, never lower than 90 mpg even though modified etc, more on my channel; Coastrider Scotland😁👍 Cheers Bruce
I own a Meteor 350 and I love it. But, those Bullets are a real work of art. If they were available when I bought mine, I would have probably gotten the Bullet because of its looks alone.
Same! I bought a red Meteor a year and a half ago because I didn't like the colors on the Classic but if that beautiful Bullet was available that would have been the one! I love the Meteor though so maybe I'll just add a Bullet to my garage to keep the Meteor company 😂
Last month I had a choice: a burgundy,,Royal Enfield Bullet 350,,, or a,,Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Aurora Black,,.... It was a very difficult choice. ,,Meteor 350 Aurora,, dark gray color is a very beautiful motorcycle. Just lovely! But I chose and bought a new burgundy,,Royal Enfield Bullet 350,, 2024 release. And probably did the right thing. Friends, greetings to everyone from Russia. North of the Amur region. 😁
Owned a bullet in family since 1966 , learnt riding on cast iron , 4 gear setup on right foot , did over 60,000 miles on it exploring Himalayas , now again mind tells me to get one and keep the legacy going on
riding the bullet is the total mirror of a real bullet, imho it so zen like, and brings peace and joy to the rider if ridden smoothly, smooth being the key, love mine over a year now, no issues other than a battery....good luck
I bought the same Black Gold model a couple of months ago and I love it (it even inspired me to create my own TH-cam channel). I was coming back to biking after a break of over a decade, so it was the perfect reintroduction to motorcycling. Unlike you, it was love at first sight for me 🙂 Modification wise - I've added a DNA air filter and swapped out the cat for a decat pipe and I think that's about all you need to do in order to give it a bit more pep, without spoiling it's laid back nature.
@@BulletBeena That’s amazing, I just had a quick look at your channel and it looks so much better without the windshield! Maybe that’s what put me off initially.
Good review - I own a classic 350 same engine and it just gets better and better, especially after the 2500 km point, loosening up to give you more torque across all the gears
I own a bullet with 1600km on it now. What a fantastic bike! I absolutely love it. So much so I sold my Moto Guzzi V7 850 because I just always wanted to ride the bullet.

wonderful video. would you recommend this as a first bike? does the weight bother in traffic? I mean where I need to hit breaks more. and does this bike has side stand engine cut off feature?
Yes I’d say it would be a great beginner bike, the weight never bothered me and I didn’t find it noticeably heavy. I can’t remember about the side stand cut off to be honest.
@@playrj58 yeah haha, I just did a test ride today and while starting by mistake the stand was untucked and the engine wasn’t starting ahahahah, then I figured out lol

@@tomstockell9481 You are a little wrong. In one Indian video they explained the difference between the "Classic", "Bullet", "Meteor" and "Hunter". It turns out there are several differences, the most important in the settings of the ECU and injector. Moreover, if, for example, you put an injector from a "Hunter" on a "Bullet", then the "Bullet" won't even start!
you can put the DNA air filter, Fuel X pro, and a camshaft from Hitchcock's...also a rear rack (lose that backrest) and strap a soft luggage when you need a pillion backrest sorta thing...can take the DB killer out if you don't want a performance exhaust without the decat...but even stock this is a beauty no doubt...
@@thebonniebiker my knowledge is absolutely bookish. I haven't used all this myself and neither do I have a 350 to try these on. because you're in the UK I thought why not try Hitchcock's parts... @@thebonniebiker will affect mileage significantly and would ruin the purpose of the bike. proceed with caution. camshaft changes will void warranty too.
From experience, the cam just adds some more torque in the higher speeds/rev range. Makes those sometimes required Interstate runs in the US less scary, does void warranty though😂
I think new riders would get bored of the lack of power too quickly. This would suit older riders who stopped riding for a number of years. If they wanted something nostalgic and familiar to give them confidence, this would fit the bill perfectly. Great review Ray 👏
@@spiffybiker Thanks mate, I suppose it all depends what you’re looking for in a bike. If you’re not worried about speed etc as a beginner it would be perfect.
This is exactly my profile. Young bike rider from Commandos, to Hondas, to Harleys, but moved to Brazil for 25 years and just never felt like I wanted a bike. Recently moved to Thailand and at 75 years old, I saw the Bullet Black Gold and immediately had a wave of nostalgia roll over me and bought it on the spot. It is perfect for me. Small enough to manage the crazy Thai traffic and sporty enough for me on the open roads. No, it isn't a rocket, but it is exactly what I wanted. Such an easy bike to ride. I don't go long distance, so the stock seat is ok. I did put on crash bars and a small rear carrier for when I want to buy groceries. (smile). The more I ride it, the smoother it gets. Personally, I love the blacked-out pipe and have considered blacking out the entire bike. If I were to do any upgrades, it would be #1 shocks, #2 tires, #3 breaks. I can't see messing with the engine performance with better filters, or a better cam, etc. It's just a perfect fit for me. I find myself just looking at it and feeling good. Ha!
The hardest part about liking Royal Enfield is choosing which bike is my favourite. I feel like I need to buy 3 or 4 of them.
The best factory exhaust I’ve ever seen and heard in my life.
The most ergonomically comfortable bike I’ve ever ridden.
