There's also a reference in Kirby Planet Robobot during the battle with the final boss. Kirby uses a small mech suit similar to Lagaan to assimilate a space cruiser and uses it to fight. In the final attack against the boss, Kirby in the suit uses a version of Gurren Lagaan's signature Giga Drill Break move.
If it’s ok, I’d like to point out one obvious Gurren Laggan reference you missed. It’s in Yugioh 5DS. During Yusei’s riding duel against Lawten(I honestly forgot his name at this point), Yusei uses a tuner monster called Drill Synchron which bares a striking resemblance to Simon’s mech. Not only that but Yusei uses it to summon a Synchro monster known as Drill Warrior which bares a striking resemblance to Gurren Laggan. This was intentional as Konami had a hand in helping with the making of Gurren Laggan. Those monsters are even real life cards at this point. Konami is no stranger to making hidden reference with their cards. Just look at all the space ship cards and tell me thay don’t remind you of Gradius. XD
The cards that look like Gradius ships are straight up the names of the ships from different game entries. There’s very recent one’s like the Dragon Maid archetype releasing soon after the boom of Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid
Surprised to see Kirby Planet Robobot didn't make it onto this list considering that the whole selling mechanic of that game is one huge Gurren Lagann Referrence. The final fight is also full of Gurren Lagann Nostalgia and HAL/Nintendo even gave Kirby little goggles when he's piloting the Robobot

Yeah, the LWA scene was a massive reference to Gurren Lagann. Gainax and Trigger are basically the same studio, it's no accident that they included a badass nod to their greatest show in another one of the great things they've made.
to clear this up at times kaminas red glasses at times were shown to be orange due to the lighting at times in the anime at one point they were also purple but only for a brief moment
If I remember correctly, another reference in Gurren Laggan was during the Hot Springs episode - the girls that greet the group are the female characters from "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya."
Missed a few references in Kill la Kill. Gamagoori's final Goku uniform has a face on it's chest as a reference to Gurren Lagann's iconic two faces, and Nonon often refers to Sanageyama as an app which is a reference to Sanageyama's Japanese voice actor being the same as Viral's (as well as adult Link from Ocarina of Time).

A bit disappointed to not see a Monster Hunter Mention. Seltas and Seltas Queen are almost certainly references to the Anime. Seltas sits on top of the seltas queen, so they basically combine, the Seltas Hammer is actually a drill, their armor looks like the mech. Really gotta look at it :p

In little witch academia on the same chapter, akko also says "time to use you know what" which was used by kamina and simon through the series and when she is saying the speech of the mecha transformation she also says "believe in the heart that believes in magic" which also is a reference to kamina talking with simon early in the series.
5:24 scene: basically any fight with the gurren lagann robot. Simon powers up the Lagann with Spiral Power, which sort of glows on a screen like that scene, and the girl helping Aoko pilot the robot moves her arms like Kamina, Russiu(sorry dunno how to spell :P), and Viral do to move the gunman. The drill is like Gurren Lagann’s Giga Drill power up when fighting. I just finished the series yesterday, cried, and decided I should watch this. I hope my observations prove useful

The reference in little witch academia is from the scene from the episode labeled “All the lights in the sky’s are stars.” when Simon pierced the anti spiral with laggans drill. It leaves the same shaped hole in the anti spiral as it does the monster.
On the second one in kill la kill its not only boodah but if you look close at the pose of sanageyama next to satski you ll see that he is in the same pose as kamina with the sword on his shoulder

There's a reference even in WoW. There's a quest chain that has names from lyrics of one of the big songs. It's in Felwood from an NPC named Arcanist Delaris. + some more quests for other NPCs.

Yeah, the LWA scene was a massive reference to Gurren Lagann. Gainax and Trigger are basically the same studio, it's no accident that they included a badass nod to their greatest show in another one of the great things they've made.

Gamagoori's final Goku uniform has a face on it's chest as a reference to Gurren Lagann's iconic two faces, and Nonon often refers to Sanageyama as an app which is a reference to Sanageyama's Japanese voice actor being the same as Viral's (as well as adult Link from Ocarina of Time).

A bit disappointed to not see a Monster Hunter Mention. Seltas and Seltas Queen are almost certainly references to the Anime. Seltas sits on top of the seltas queen, so they basically combine, the Seltas Hammer is actually a drill, their armor looks like the mech.

5:24 scene: basically any fight with the gurren lagann robot. Simon powers up the Lagann with Spiral Power, which sort of glows on a screen like that scene, and the girl helping Aoko pilot the robot moves her arms like Kamina, Russiu(sorry dunno how to spell :P), and Viral do to move the gunman. The drill is like Gurren Lagann’s Giga Drill power up when fighting. I just finished the series yesterday, cried, and decided I should watch this. I hope my observations prove useful

There was also another TTGL reference in kill la kill in one of the later episodes where ryuko donned senketsu in a near identical fashion to the "gattai" scene in episode 8 of TTGL.
The one at 9:04 ish is more a reference to a joint attack used between the Mechs, Gurren and Lagann, separately. Not their Giga drill attack. The attack you are looking for is called - by Kamina at least - the "Perfect combustion of Manley souls Cannonball Attack!!"
