They're mostly just movie versions of the first and second halfs of the show, but there are some differences. Movie 1 covers up until Lord Genome's defeat and Movie 2 covers the rest, but Movie 2 has some different fates for characters and the final fight is way different.

Ninetails it references the finishing move from gurren lagann, Giga Drilling Breaker. It seems to specifically reference the very first time it is used by Kamina, although I cannot remember which episode that was
Trigger was founded by the exact team that worked on TTGL. So yeah, it's clearly a reference and ot was no coincidence that it was on the anniversary of the series. Also they same exact team is working now on Darling in the Franxx, so be sure to check that out.

The skin is called "Super Galaxy Rumble" which is the name of one of Gurren Lagann's incarnations (gurrenlagann.wikia.com/wiki/Super_Galaxy_Gurren_Lagann). Also, Annie's SG skin is supposed to be Simon (Tibber's color scheme, her backing animation is her going inside Tibber's head, etc)

There's also a reference in Kirby Planet Robobot during the battle with the final boss. Kirby uses a small mech suit similar to Lagaan to assimilate a space cruiser and uses it to fight. In the final attack against the boss, Kirby in the suit uses a version of Gurren Lagaan's signature Giga Drill Break move.

If it’s ok, I’d like to point out one obvious Gurren Laggan reference you missed. It’s in Yugioh 5DS. During Yusei’s riding duel against Lawten(I honestly forgot his name at this point), Yusei uses a tuner monster called Drill Synchron which bares a striking resemblance to Simon’s mech. Not only that but Yusei uses it to summon a Synchro monster known as Drill Warrior which bares a striking resemblance to Gurren Laggan. This was intentional as Konami had a hand in helping with the making of Gurren Laggan. Those monsters are even real life cards at this point. Konami is no stranger to making hidden reference with their cards. Just look at all the space ship cards and tell me thay don’t remind you of Gradius. XD

OH OH OH!! And the transformation in ME!ME!ME! The boy, Shuu, goes through a transformation into armour, and it's based off of the Gurren Lagann transformation.
There's a reference even in WoW. There's a quest chain that has names from lyrics of one of the big songs. It's in Felwood from an NPC named Arcanist Delaris. + some more quests for other NPCs.
There was also that one time that the Green Lantern (Kyle Raynor, I think?) Summoned up Gurren to chomp a dude. It has the glasses, but JUST enough lack of detail to be legally distinct. The best kind of distinct.

Missed a few references in Kill la Kill. Gamagoori's final Goku uniform has a face on it's chest as a reference to Gurren Lagann's iconic two faces, and Nonon often refers to Sanageyama as an app which is a reference to Sanageyama's Japanese voice actor being the same as Viral's (as well as adult Link from Ocarina of Time).
I’m deeply convinced Desarm’s signature goalkeeper Hissatsu from Inazuma Eleven, Drill Smasher is a huge (literally) reference to Gurren Lagann.
A bit disappointed to not see a Monster Hunter Mention. Seltas and Seltas Queen are almost certainly references to the Anime. Seltas sits on top of the seltas queen, so they basically combine, the Seltas Hammer is actually a drill, their armor looks like the mech.

In little witch academia on the same chapter, akko also says "time to use you know what" which was used by kamina and simon through the series and when she is saying the speech of the mecha transformation she also says "believe in the heart that believes in magic" which also is a reference to kamina talking with simon early in the series.
The reference in little witch academia is from the scene from the episode labeled “All the lights in the sky’s are stars.” when Simon pierced the anti spiral with laggans drill. It leaves the same shaped hole in the anti spiral as it does the monster.

5:24 scene: basically any fight with the gurren lagann robot. Simon powers up the Lagann with Spiral Power, which sort of glows on a screen like that scene, and the girl helping Aoko pilot the robot moves her arms like Kamina, Russiu(sorry dunno how to spell :P), and Viral do to move the gunman. You're missing a big reference to Gurren Lagann. In the last episode of Saekano: How to raise a boring Girlfriend, the band plays the opening theme of gurren lagann during a concert.
Hey, I have one you missed! In Finding Paradise, a game that came out not too long ago on December 14, when the main protagonist Neil and Eva are transported to one of Colin's earlier memories, they are on the far side of the building and need to get over to where he is. To do this, Neil pulls out a hook shot and uses it to climb the wall. When he first pulls it out though, he screams "THIS IS THE HOOKSHOT THAT WILL PIERCE THE HEAVENS!", which is a clear allusion to Gurren Lagaan. Finding Paradise and the game it is a sequel to, To The Moon, both have a lot of references to anime and other nerd stuff, so it'd be cool to check them out for future videos.
The scene around 5:20 is similar to the episode in which Kamina dies. After their Gurren Lagaan transformation they stand infront of an erupting volcano with that pose I believe.
You also forgot the "fusion" sequence of Ryuuko and Senketsu when they got back together, it resembles the transformation sequence Gurren Lagann had. I don't remember the exact episode, but I remember freaking the fuck out.
the little witch scenes are not direct copies, but very close. The design and posing of the mech is near identical to gurren lagann but slightly different. But the action scene very heavily references the finishing move scene in episode 8 of ttgl.

What one of the many mini games she plays is a fighting game, where Lizbeth is controlling Gurren laggan during the final fight against the anti spiral.
