Yes mate, you get everything if your buying a wrap n Tuck catapult ... if you buy one with Band Clamps , you get the bands and 1 hex key to attach the bands.

I ordered one of these and used it for the first time today band came off lol
The only way the band will come off , is if you've drawn the bands back the wrong way mate
