He is using a little bit higher tones and is saying some harakas longer than others. Just read the tajweed so you can know when you gotta read it long or short
alxamdulilah i nearly cried with a Joy, i was looking this Sheik, and i couldnt remember his name, i heard once one my friend has its CD.i finally found him, now i wont forget his name again, insha ALlah, i can listen over n over again, he got special voice! subahanallah!!!
