@dark devil Though we shouldn't read Qur'an frm the aspects of science ONLY ,( as we know the Glorious Qur'an is a "Book of Signs " not a "Book of Science") but I agree that Muslims should learn Science as well to actually appreciate the Quranic miracles related to Science (although , science is something dynamic, still there r certain established things that we consider as facts)..

@Gg He meant one should memorize limited verses per day e.g: 5. Then repeat it frequently so it stick to the memory.
It's better than memorizing lots of verses per day without frequent repetition which may lead to forgetting.
Secondly, sins or engaging in sinful acts can make Qur'an depart from one's memory. So, seeking Allah's forgiveness will help.
Allah will forgive those sins and with your closeness to the Qur'an and Allah's mercy, committing sins will be difficult for you because Allah will make your piety and Qur'an to serve as a Protective shield betweenyou and shaytaan, in shaa Allah.
