Well "bad" depends on the context, because vertically it is one of the best in the game (combining it with it's grapple) but horizontally it's pretty mediocre (unless you use the grapple...) Now that I think about it most people are just gonna ignore every other option and just use the grapple because of it's ridiculous range

The problem with some of these challenges is Min Min and her colleagues are well known for their arms, not their legs. Also, look at the determined girl trying to break the target! She's definitely got what it takes to be a successful business owner! You can do it, Min Min!

For someone with a pretty bad recovery, she did better than I thought, 10/28 is something a lot of characters would struggle to get.
Her problem technically is that ARM hook can only grab onto ledges. Her jump and dash rate is also pretty low in Smash compared to ARMS
I think if you angle the dragon, and shoot the laser, she can damage pichu in the baby club
